This by far is the best home depot in the area

I would like to recognize Nina who works in the garden center. I needed help in the paint department and she was the first employee I saw. She really searched to find what I wanted and wouldn't let me leave until she did! You are lucky to have her as an employee!

Clean, friendly, and an overall great experience

I purchased products and had scheduled delivery times for specific (10am to 2 pm) reasons but the delivery company had different plans. The 1st delivery delivery company contacted me directly and told me they will be delivering outside the scheduled time I expressed not to do that I will not be there . They delivered it anyway left product outside unsecured. The delivery company had to make a second delivery contacted me again the same day of the first delivery and told me they would be making my delivery first or last of the day I said no I won't be there scheduled time again 10 am to 2 pm they delivered before 7am despite my request not to and scheduled time. What good is making defined times when delivery company does what they want and both times product is outside and it rained unsecured I'd like to speak to someone further up the ladder to this experience. I spoke to the pro counter manager and he did what he could and it made no difference to the delivery process on either delivery they did what they wanted period!!!!!! The employees at the store were great but made no difference.

We recently purchased a NG grill & conversion kit with the pleasant help of Jim in grills and Reese in Customer Service. Both were enjoyable & knowledgeable in their specific job. Jim even checked the actual inventory to make sure it was in stock. We came back 2 days later to order the grill, assembled and delivery to our home. Enjoyed the purchase of the grill with the joyful personality of Reese. Both deserve credit for a job well done and should be congratulated. Would come back to to this store for the treatment by the personnel.

I absolutely love this Home Depot. They always have everything that I need in stock. The order pick up process is also really easy and I love that they have the drive up to. I also really appreciate how neat and organized the stores and I always enjoy shopping here and I come here very frequently and I would highly recommend it.

Unlike most big box stores Home Depot employees are very friendly and willing to help. Can’t remember the last time I was greeted at the door and was said goodbye as I left.thank you Home Depot.
