Lady at the garden department register was way outstanding!

This store is very helpful and when ordering very thorough.

Cleveland, TN store is well run, stays stocked, easy to get in and out swiftly. Employees are well trained compared to other locations, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their departments. This store is always clean and not overly cluttered like many others. The employees make this store great. They’ve got a good team going.

I had visited two local entities before going to my local Home Depot. I was looking for plants and supplies and I found everything that I was in search of...and more! The friendly environment and selection was heads above what the other places offered. I now know to shop Home Depot for all my gardening needs. I can give this honest opinion because I once owned greenhouses and a nursery business. Thank you Home Depot, for providing me with everything I needed, to not only beautify my garden, but also help contribute to pollinators in the process.

Need better selection.

The Cleveland store is the best. Their Pro Dept rocks. Very helpful and courteous.I love Home Depot.

One day ago, what an experience with not only the manager (Martin) but also personnel (Natalie) guiding us through the process of purchase of a major appliance. Never been treated so well!

I did live on the same road as the store which made it super convenient. I have since moved further out, but this is still my go to store. I am able to find what I need when going. My interactions with the staff over many years have been positive.

I LOVE Home Depot, much to my wallets dismay. I go in for one thing and come out with 10. The prices are decent and the selection is almost too good. Then just when you think you have everything you need you hit the garden center and well…a girl can’t have too many plants!

No one offered to help load the concrete stones

I have visited this store a few times and I have noticed that there are HD folks available and ready to help you . The other HD stores seem to have no one easily available to answer a question or help you.

I love Home Depot because they sell Milwaukee tools. I'm always looking forward to see what specials they have and what new products they have came out with.

I come to Home Depot frequently to get odds and ends for the little house projects that I like to do. The proximity off I-75 makes it very convenient to access. I can either take the interstate or local roads. I’m always able to find just what I need, and self checkout is super simple to use. There’s always staff at the checkout that wish me to have a great day before I leave.

Went in to rent an auger, unsure about what I needed. The associates asked a few questions and made the right recommendation for my needs.

I shop Home Depot more than any other place for all my home repair needs. I have never been disappointed by anything I have purchased. I will continue to make all my purchases here in the future. Courtesy is job one at the Cleveland tn store. And so is knowledgeable associates. Just ask and you will receive all the help they can offer. Even set up installation if needed.

I bought a gas range and the sales person yold me it could be converted from natural gas to propane with the conversion kit that's included. It does not include a conversion kit and HD doesn't sell one. Such a hassle I went through in this transaction.

The entire process was a disappointment. A simple exterior door purchase and install was botched from start to finish. The store personnel were fine, but the handoff to the contractor was terrible. Missing a scheduled measurement appoint, failure to call, confusion on ordering ect, ect ect. On my return to the store to figure out my next step, the confusion continued up to the point where I just cancelled the order. I went to another provider and the process was finished in a few days.

Inventory under control. Very different from your blue competitor. That and the people go out of their way to help.

Everyone was professional and friendly

I can always find what I need at my home depot. Do care to much for the Halloween garb.

We have been purchasing our new appliances here now for a few years. The competitor was very rude and could never get the order correct or on time, Everyone we have incountered has been extremey helpful and friendly. They honestly look like they love theri jobs and enjoy being there.

I've been in this store on more than one occasion & there's been times that it was difficult to find personnel to help me find items I was looking for! But..it's not bad enough to prevent me from shopping there!

By far the best Employees!! I was fan of another store until I recently shopped at this Home Depot. In the Paint Dept, Allen, Craig, Louis and Paul knew paints so well that we went with their suggestion on colors for our house. In Tools, Mike was so patient, answered all my question and in helped me pick out the perfect weed-eater that was perfect for me. When I needed a better and bigger saw, David and Caleb at the Pro Shop were awesome in finding the perfect brand and blades i needed. They even explained how to install the blades and how to use the tool. In Customer Service, they went above and beyond with finding an item. Every time I stepped into a different department, they were there to help no matter what it was. Highly Recommend special recognition for these Superb Employees!!

We have used this Home Depot store exclusively for remodeling our home. The store is always clean.Products are where they relate to one another and are marked well. I enjoy the moments when I go there. The staff is happy to see me and are professional.

I find myself staring at the shelf trying to remember what I needed until someone comes up and asks if I am finding everything alright. Thankfully, this usually does the trick and I catch the train of thought again before it leaves the station yet again.

Liz at the customer service desk was downright rude!!! I felt as if I should apologize for being there. It won’t happen again. I’ll never go back to Home Depot in Cleveland, TN

Sales person went above and beyond to search for the bathroom sink I was looking for. Told me the ins and outs of other sinks I was looking at and it all made sense to get the product I finally decided on. He searched all of the online sinks knowing what I wanted and found it for me. This is after I had tried on my own to find something suitable. Scott, from the Bath area, was very pleasant, not pushy and very understanding to my needs for a sink that would fit my current vanity and top.

Richard was very knowledgeable in helping me to find the correct items I needed. Made my trip quick and very enjoyable. The cashier was also helpful. Great shopping experience.

I bought 2 windows yesterday, and today I was going to install. After unpackaging them, one was broke. I returned to the store, and had assistance in replacing it, when the replacement was on a top shelve in the Windows section.
