No matter what project I'm involved in, I can always count on Home Depot to have the exact thing or gadget I need to finish my project. They have much stock of almost everything than Loews does.

I always have a great experience at this location the employees are helpful when needed and they seem to always have in stock what I need at the time of my visit. Thank you Home depot for training your employees to out the customer first!

The employee in the cement/conceret department helped me out without asking for help.

Store is neatly organized, they don’t items around like other places so I can go and get what I need quick. Employees are friendly and real people, not that fake ‘make you feel valued’ stuff corporations push.

We appreciate the personal service we receive when we shop for a home project or problem.

Shout out for Amanda who helped us with returns this evening. We did not have receipts for returns. She took her time to check our Home Depot account and looked some items on the computer ( labels were not attached to the products) and processed our returns. It was a long process since she had to enter items numbers manually. She did it with a big smile on her face. She took care care of us so well and I cannot thank her enough for her help today.

We have never had a disappointing trip to this store. The people are helpful and courteous.

I went to home depot to exchange a bottle of propane. I paid for it at the cash register & they gave me a receipt with a code to us at the propane exchange. I was unable to enter the code because I was unable to see the screen because of the daylight reflecting in the screen, I found an associate who also was unable to enter the code correctly due to the fact the screen could not be seen in the daylight. She had to go get the keys to unlock the propane cage which took several tries. Home Depot needs to replace this screen with one that can be seen in the daylight!

This store has very friendly service and very eager to help you find what you need. Clean and very organized. Great place to shop.

This location is superior in customer service when compared to the other big "blue" box store. You are greeted at the door, offered a shopping cart, and a friendly associate is never too far away to assist with any of your questions.

please put up a sign saying this is not a parking spot. until you have purchased your materials do not park in the loading zone

Nate in the Gardening Center at Home Depot was a great person to deal with. Made sure we had what we needed for the gardening.

Home Depot carries merchandise that no other store carries that I really enjoy using in my home. A fun place to shop.

This location is one of my favorites. Always clean, well stocked and a great staff! I seem to be able to get in, get what I need and get out quicker than other locations. Time is money!

Most 99% of the time when I go to this specific store they have everything that I need that's why I'm so very pleased to recommend this store to others and the staff here is awesome

We had a problem with an item that we purchased. The employee (Eric - the Kilt) went above and beyond what we would have expected in helping resolve the issue. He watched for replacement to be in stock, called us, then handled it all for us when we got to the store to make it easier (did not need to explain issue again). Friendly, professional and helpful!!!

Placed order at Cleveland Home Depot with Luquida’s help- she was professional, efficient, confirmed my order and clarified things like pressure treated or not and scheduled the delivery- which arrived as scheduled and was delivered in the location on the property requested. Delivery item count was correct and lumber was quality expected.

I found the exact backsplash I was looking for online and it was on sale! I am excited about seeing it in my kitchen and admiring it for years to come.

This place is great. It's always clean, well stocked, and help is always available! This is important to me because I don't have to walk all over the store hunting what I need.

I drive from Athens Tennessee to this store because they almost always have what I can't get at the local BB. The store is clean and neatly arranged and the item selection is much better. The prices are also competitive.

Went to Hone Depot for a refrigerator, needing it that day. The first choice was not available because it was not ob stock, and the delivery was way unacceptable. My husband and I were about to go somewhere else to find one. That's when Robby came through with flying colors, he checked their stock, almost had one, but it wouldn't do. So as we were walking out, my husband asked about one he had spotted that was sitting in the back. Robby checked on his device and found it, seeing as it didn't show up as being there. Not to mention, it was also marked down, so he saved us quite a bit of money, and helped me get my Home Depot card. Would I recommend this store, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a solid 10.
