Very helpful. Picked up a special order door and noticed a 15% off sale even though I had already paid for it. Associate was so helpful in getting 15% off for me even though I had already paid. Always enjoy the Home Depot

I wish I had asked the associate's name so I could commend him. He was young and I didn't expect him to be so helpful or so very knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time with our purchases because he was able to help us so well.

The Pro Desk at the Home Depot in Cleveland, TN makes it easy to keep coming back. The great Home Depot prices make it profitable to keep shopping there. Brian, Aaron, Katie and Chase could not be more helpful when I need their opinion on the products to purchase. What great employees! One reason I keep going back is due to the great employees that Home Depot hires!

I would definitely place special orders and purchase online with the Home Depot in Cleveland, TN again. I received my order (getting an update from Brian in the Pro Department) every few days which I really appreciated. He was definitely on top of my special order as he knew I was waiting on it to complete a project. Great job Brian!

Even though I am not a painting contractor, I buy my share of paint for so many different projects we have going. Home Depot has been my go to paint store as John in the paint department is so knowledgeable and is so pleasant to work with. He always inquires, finding out what I am painting to make sure that I purchase the correct paint for the perfect project! Always goes above and beyond and is a great employee at the Cleveland, TN Home Depot.

I shop Home Depot in Cleveland, TN almost every day for my business. The store is so well stocked. On occasion, I have to place a special order through the Pro Desk and cannot say enough about the Pro Desk employees: Brian, Aaron, Katie and Chase. It was a pleasure today to shop at Home Depot!

I order previously a specific item which was an odd size. The item came and in and I realized we were short one for the job we were doing. It was so nice to be able to call Brian in the Pro Department and he immediately said they would try to expedite so that we would have shortly and didn't have to suspend working on the job we were currently involved in. Soooooo easy! Thanks Brian!

If you are looking for a special item that you cannot locate anywhere else, go to Home Depot in Cleveland, TN and ask for Brian. He really goes above and beyond trying to find it for the lowest price possible. If he cannot locate it, he usually comes up with an alternative plan to get the job done. Way to go Brian!

I went to Home Depot today thinking it would not be a very fruitful trip, not that I am a negative person, but was on the hunt for an odd part for something 20 years old. Kelly Whaley in hardware helped me find exactly what I needed. Her patience was particularly impressive as anyone else might have said, ' no mam, we don't have it', or 'sorry, can't help you', but Kelly's persistence paid off with me leaving the store a very satisfied customer. I am very impressed when I am looking for a certain drill bit, or part that I need in order to complete a project that I am working on that the Home Depot in Cleveland, TN always has it. Only on occasion do they have to order due to special size or color. Very impressed!

I was in a hurry, however, needed paint so to Home Depot I headed since I knew I could get in and could get out and still make my next appointment. John in the paint department and Brian at the Pro Desk kept me from being late as they were helpful, as usual. I always choose this Home Depot as I can always count on the service I receive.

After asking 3 or 4 employees, finally found item I was looking for. Then as item was too big for SUV, saw a wrap station. Several employees watched me struggle with getting it on and then it broke before I got home. They definitely need to work on customer service there.

when you enter the first thing you would notice is the store is very clean neat and orderly.the store has a wide array of choices.the associates are friendly and available to assist in your shopping needs. I am a bargain shopper so I will watch the ads for something I may need or want and I usually find it. I really like the tools hardware and outdoor equipment.I have been shopping home depot for 30 years and will continue.

We recently move to the area, and bought our Christmas tree for our first Christmas in our new home. The buying experience was the best I have ever had. The care and passion the associate gave us was amazing. His name is Brian. Brian showed us excellent customer service. He made sure our first Christmas in town would be one to remember. My children were so excited to have a live Christmas tree! They clapped and danced when we set it up. Thank you Brian and Home Depot for helping to make our Christmas a memorable one! Sometimes the small things an associate does goes a long way.

Craig Batchelor in mill works was helpful in selection of interior and exterior door selection. Store overall has good choices, brands and associates.

Visited the store on Black Friday and was surprised the store wasn't as crowded as expected. Overall, good experience.
