With little time for surveys it has to be said that Preston was born to be a Store Manager. His Customer skills, Store knowledge and devotion to Home Depot make him I'm guessing the youngest Store Manager in the Home Depot Corporation. I've worked with Preston for years at #1538 along with several of his staff. With many things changing at Home Depot and not for the good my hats off to Corporate for making good promotional choices with Preston, For the outstanding staff he has from management to janitorial and for making Home Depot a valuable addition to my business. Reason for not receiving a 5 star is limited selection, but mostly the poor quality of the Jeld-Wen Doors ( pics included) Recommend you should speak with your supplier.

I’m a proud veteran my Colorado drivers license indicate so I’ve gone through all the trouble of creating the pro count for my building materials but nothing absolutely nothing has allowed Home Depot to connect my veteran status with my pro account and allow me my military discount in this day and age of technological advances they just can’t seem to get the two connected

Went to home depot to get bathroom sinks for our house, replaced and the head then dealing with Bruce, who had been very helpful through this whole project.

Home Depot representative stuck with me the whole time in ordering new appliances

The employees are always very helpful

I bought some mulch and the employee was awesome. I received attention for my purchase and the employee loaded it into my car. I felt like a valued customer.

For service wasn't explained that the product would come across the United States put me a 3 weeks behind schedule because of transportation probably won't use again lost a lot of money

I got everything I came in for, and more!

This location has everything in stock, is clean, and has friendly employees.

The ladies at customer service have been a big help every time I'm fortunate enough to visit the store. And I do often---- at least once or twice a week. Home Depot is lucky to have such staff. Thank you!

Sean in plumbing was so knowledgeable about the things that I was trying to buy. He helped me try to find a new one. And then he walked me over to the plant section and helped me with that as well. He was very helpful and so nice and also Kelley at the checkout helped me and was so nice and helpful as well.

I bought this item as a gift and again installation should be free.

No one is ever around to answer questions about a product.

Walked in looking for lighting items. The service was excellent, every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed and appreciated the personal attention by the staff. I will shop here from now on.

A highly shopped store. I recommend searching the product inventory before driving to the store. Many times I’ve patroned this location in the past 17 years and the items I’m looking for are unavailable. The customer service desk experience is confusing. Also, the associates are not always cheerful. Mostly talk to each other while processing your return. You’d rather they spoke in another language, rather than intentionally ignoring you.

We had limited time to find a list of items needed for outdoor area. Staff helped us find a grill, accessories, plants, top soil, and grass seed - and helped us get it all to our truck. Best part was the selection of grills was great and we could find one we wanted wiht no trouble.

There's usually at least one or two people working that may know or have personal experience in what ever product you are looking for project you are attempting. It may be hard to actually find a person that works there though.

Went into Home Depot to cash in a gift card I received. When I got to checkout the lane was wide open even thoughthe store was busy. Tiffiney waited on me and got me in and out quickly. Best checkout skills i have seen in a long time. She even reminded me to use my brand new ProXtra benifit that she signed me up for the day before.

Placed an order online and delivery driver decided to leave my package by the curb. Called the store and they could not schedule a return pickup or have the item redelivered properly. Decided to just take the item back to store where I was only given a refund minus the shipping cost. When I asked to speak with the manager, he or she was too good to take 5 minutes to talk to me.So overall trashy service and will not be returning.

Easy parking, friendly and knowledgeable associates, excellent selection and items in stock great prices. Will shop there again.

I shop this store almost daily and enjoy most interactions with the workers. But one in particular stands out above the rest. Aja in Customer Service/Returns not only provides me but all she interacts with a wonderful experience. And her smile while doing it will make your day!
