Seriously where are they? Every time I go there and I need help with finding a product or getting a product down from the overhead I have to walk the entire store to find one. Luckily when I do find one they are always willing to go out of their department and help me. Please staff better to assist not only each other but your customers. Thank you.

I had gone to other stores and endlessly looking for one screw couldn't find it as soon as I walked into home depot I was helped and found what I needed saved me a headache thank you home depot!!!

If your looking for appliances look for Joel! He’s the man that will look everywhere possible for your needs. He has lots of patience as well as knowledge in his area. And lots of inventory! Super clean and when I was looking at aisles there were associates there to Help when needed

The experience I had recently will have me returning for sure. There were 3 employees that helped me decide what I wanted. I will return because of their customer service. My wife and worked with Darrlyn in the Appliance department. We purchased a LG appliance suite. She was absolutely one of the best people we have dealt with while purchasing appliances. Darrlyn was professional, knowledgeable and best of all just nice. This is a rare thing these days. She worked to make sure the delivery schedule worked for us. Very pleased with the entire transaction.

I needed a new cordless trimmer. I went on line and found a model I liked. The site said there were 18 in stock. So that same day I went to this store, and could not find any. I had to go to customer service and had them get a sales associate to assist us. The sales associate that responded was named Lee. He was the most unhelpful, arrogant, unfriendly sales associate I have ever encountered. His attitude came across that we were bothering him. I told him that Home Depot's site showed 18 of the trimmers I was interested in stock. He looked , couldn't find any and told me that they had the site was wrong or that all of them must have been stolen. When I questioned him about his statement he continued to argue with me rather than try to locate them or even sell me on a different model. I got feed up with his attitude I told him I was not going to buy anything and would never be back to this store because of him. He just said that was my choice and he didn't care. As we were leaving the store thru the Garden Center, a very nice Sales Associate named Vicky asked us if there was anything she could help us with. I said yes. Could she please give me the name of the Store Mgr and how I could contact him. She asked as to why I wanted the manager, so I told her of our experience with Lee. She apologized for the way we were treated, and asked if she could help us with finding a trimmer. She was so helpful, caring, friendly and willing to assist us. She couldn't find the model we had come in to buy, but she took the time to explain features of other models they had in stock. So I purchased an upgraded model. Vicky is the only reason I will continued to shop at this location. Thank you so very much Vicky!!!!!!

We are just moving to the Colorado Springs area and we were helped by multiple employees like Chimako, Elle & Olivia that made arrangements to get a patio table and 4 chairs delivered to us. They also told us about getting $50 off for signing up for a Home Depot Card when spending over $300 and free delivery. We were also told about paying and extra $20 to get it delivered during hours that was best for our schedule! The manager that approved our discounts was very personable too!

Great store to shop at. We find that The Pueblo Home Depot has what we need for our handyman and flooring business as the store is well stocked and orderly. The Staff have experience in the departments that they work in and have great advice on how to do something and what tools or products would help best in doing a particular job.
