Thank you, Frank, for helping locate the reversible chalk and whiteboard. If you are business person or an artist who needs a large "draft" whiteboard with maybe interested in chalk board layout. I highly recommend buying that.

I got everything I wanted that other Home Depot stores didn't have. And the staff was very attentive to me. Definitely the renewal of the staff by younger people has given a positive result in customer service.

I got some landscaping supplies and was very satisfying with the out come. My yard is looking Wonderful as ever. Thank you home Depot.

Had to return something that broke and buy a replacement. Had no problem which was a relief.

Bought boxes of tile. Could not find any help. Tile boxes stacked and banded in a way of an accident waiting to happen.

This store has more products available than other stores.

The appliance section needs better customer service and workers that greet and make you feel welcome not like you’re bothering them to help you purchase something you need. The energy you give is the energy you get back unfortunately.

Every time I go to home depot to ask for help, there’s always somebody with a bad face and attitude. I had to wait a long time just to make simple key. I had to ask three different people to help me and one person came to help me he had horrible attitude and made me wait And said I’ll be there when I can just one example of many this store really needs to have a check up and learn how to take care of their client

The attention to detail everyone at the Pro Desk has, is What continues to separate this particular Home Depot from others. Side-by-side selling and the ability have a two week conversation Just makes each transaction that much easier. They show empathy And excitement as if The job site that I'm working on is theirs. No one available at the order pick up counter. No one available in Hardware Department to cut a chain. No one listens to the announcement on the PA Customer needs help.

This is definitely my go to Home Depot location, I can find everything I need fairly quick, online orders are also a breeze to pick up.

Letty was the first lady who greeted me when I walked in and she was also the lady who helped me reach my budget goal and showed me where the scrap wood was that I could use for the project I was working on and I greatly appreciate that normally nobody helps me out, but she went above and beyond and helped me and showed me where it was and she also checked me out or she was amazing so not only did she help me find the product, but she also was a person who charged me the cashier and she was awesome for and I appreciate it. Definitely need more employees like her.

To best explain my experience, I must let you know this project planning started over a year ago. I live in Las Vegas NV and the team there helped me plan as much as possible. When I arrived in California a few unfortunate things happen, and I found myself at the Commerce Home Depot. The moment I walked in Karen at the Customer Service desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. I explained my situation and needs and she got right on finding answers to everything. Lyn her Manager also join in on helping find solutions to my needs. Over the three days I was there I continued to return for other supplies and realized because of Karen and Lyn I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Went to home depot looking for help and assistance building a koi pond and it went extremely well as a result of John 's expertise in the plumbing dept.
