I asked as soon as I walked in where the light bulbs were at and an associate told pointed out which isle I should go to and I found it quick. I must of had that I don't know which one to get look on my face because the associate taking care of that department asked if I needed help and found the bulb I needed, the store is very clean so it is easy to get around. Everyone I came in contact with including the cashier were very professional and knowledgeable.

Store was very clean and organized employees were helpful. Cashier Samantha was very friendly.

I went during very busy hours of the day, the service desk had quite a long line which I didn’t mind. Joanna was very helpful, as busy as it was she had a smile on her face, greeted me and apologized for the wait and proceeded to be quick with the transaction, I was very pleased and amazed with the way she handled the job.

This store is always great. If you happen to need assistance, Stephanie is the best.

I'm the primary buyer for my Company. The Commerce location is where I usually shop. I enjoy coming to this location because the staffs are friendly, and more importantly, helpful to my needs. Today, my co-worker and I got assistance from "pro help desk." The associate was very helpful placing our order and scheduling the next day delivery. At the same time, I was swiftly checked out by the cashier. Over all, I was very pleased with the service. The Commerce HD has definitely made a huge improvement over the years. Thank you.

The store is a fairly well stocked place. Directions to supply locations are easy to follow, the store area is clean, and employees are friendly and courteous. Shoppers find themselves in an almost family environment. The store however finds it necessary to employ "security" personnel but the ones in the parking area fail to do routine monitoring and inspection of traffic on people and motor vehicles. The store director should benefit from hiring a better personnel suited for this type of job, or, alternately, look for a new contracting agency.

The store was nice and clean and everything was in stock easy to find the product I was looking for and the associates were very friendly always willing to help me out with my purchase and very informative on the best products. Especially the Pro-cashier Sara Lopez she greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me out with my purchase and as well have me a few ideas for my future projects I may have. I will definitely be coming back to this store and recommend any future shoppers to pay a visit at this location as well

This store is inviting by it's orderly and cleanliness; and thus, it is easy to find products. For the most part the store staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was extremely clean and the energy was good, I saw a lot of associates smiling and were attentive. I had 2 associates ask if I was okay and if I needed help, they were named Jose and Lupe. Excellent customer service!

This store is on my way home from work and the associates have always been helpful in helping me with my needs. I found what I was not looking for if that makes sense. The bathrooms and store are very clean and there is plenty of parking.

Other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and things were easy to find with staff's help.

This HomeDepot does not do a good job in keeping inventory on-hand. Always running out of stock. Very annoying.

Excellent service in the tool rental department. They have a large selection and Juan R. went out of his way to help me. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent tools for their home projects.
