store was taken care of and the help wasreadyto assist you. sometimes the lines were to long because there was not enough help at time.otherwise the help was available to answer your questions.

Had fun shopping in the Garden Center. Found everything I needed and then some. Very friendly staff!

We just bought a house in the area and needed to shop for items from several departments. In a few cases we required some advise and found the assistants both friendly and helpful. Overall our experience has been satisfying and we have returned several times. Thank you!

Store associates are quick to help u find something and very friendly. They come in handy at times because the place is big and sometimes u don't know where to look for what u need. This place is great, they've got it all.

Although Home Depot is filled with lots of merchandise that can be extremely intimidating to those of us who are not handy. I can honestly say that products are mostly available and the customer service is amazing. There is always someone to assist you with the help you need. Thanks Associates and Home Depot!!!

Love to shop at this location as I have my favorite associates who are very knowledgeable and professional as well. When they are not available, the associates that I do request information from are very helpful and know where they the desired product or tool can be located. It's a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot for sure!!!

It was very convenient to be able to order on line and pick up the item I ordered within several hours. Picking up the item was relatively quick and the other items I shopped for were easy to find. Clean store. Very well organized. Always a pleasure to shop there. The store associates, for the most part, are exceptional.

Home depot is my go to store for anything that I need in the house including paper towels. The staff is friendly and helpful. They usually have whatever I need in stock. The associates who help with the monthly DIY project for children are Awesome. My local Home Depot is so helpful that I purchased Home Depot stock. I would and do refer my friends and neighbors to Home Depot for anything house related.

Products reasonably easy to find. The store designer I worked with was wonderful, knowledgable, helpful and patient.

the staff at this location are very helpful with my personal and business. I always get help from the pro desk, paint staff, cashiers and the assist mgr. paul. I use this location almost everyday and my company spends over $25,000 or more every year. Special kudos to Julio,jason,andrew, keith, Ronnie, harry, Milton, Jeanette, susan, kelie, samatha, sandy, and many more fine staff members. People like them makes me keep coming back because they know how to take care of a customer.

Not only did the Associate in Plumbing take time to understand what I actually needed - not just what I was told to get - he helped me get the right part, tool, and took the time to give me a tutorial on installing the part! He was great and I can't sing his praises enough!!

I was assisted by store associates and by the cashier at every step of my purchase. They went out of their way to see that I had help in loading and unloading heavy items purchased in the garden department. Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with the Kitchen Designer at the Home Depot in Cortlandt Manor, NY. She took as much time as was needed on multiple visits to configure our remodel. She even stayed past her scheduled work hours to help us.

The kitchen designer was highly recommended to us by a friend and Brenda Glass, the designer, was great. She was friendly, extremely competent, and explained everything well. She answered all our questions and made appropriate recommendations. For anyone wanting to get a great kitchen design, I would highly recommend Brenda Glass at the Mohegan Lake store.
