Good parking, helpful staff and usually stocked with what you need, highly recommend this clean facility.

Such friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff! Everyone was willing to help me find what I needed and make sure I had everything I needed. They patiently explained things to me and answered all of my questions. This store I a gem! I have been to others with not so pleasant an experience but this one was truly wonderful.

I do not know if the lady at the checkout did not speak English or what. I asked her if a certain register was a self checkout or not. She said no. I asked her which one was. She pointed to the a man who was near the register where I was about to check out and said she had to help him. Huh? I just walked away. Unbelievable. She didn't speak English?

Great location, great selection, great help.

The sales associate was extremely helpful with my purchase and came to the register with me and asked a supervisor if she could give me a discount. He went way over and beyond.

Don’t use order pick up unless u have least 20 min to wait.

Been shopping at this Home Depot for 20 years and have found it to be consistently well stocked, neat and with a pleasant and helpful staff.

Receipt # 1251 00001 30351 Today I had a horrible experience at check out. My cashier was Robert and he was extremely friendly and tried his best to resolve the issue. When another cashier stepped in, Chris, is when the situation became worse. He was rude to me the whole time. He was very demeaning to Robert. i tried to clear up the situation by measuring the material i had and telling them where i got it. Chris steps in and tells me i don’t know how to use a ruler and i don’t know where i grabbed the material from. I tried to show him a picture of the price tag but he dismissed me and said i don’t know what im talking about. So the wrong material were rung up because of him. It took another cashier (i didnt catch her name) to come with me to where I retrieved the material and get the proper sku, which i had pictures of! I am dissatisfied with my experience because of Chris and his rudeness.

The staff is helpful, the solar guy is annoying, the cashiers were very courteous to the folks in front of me having trouble. In all it seems like a corporate store with a community feel.

There was a woman who helped me and I forgot her name, but she was 71 years old, in good shape and so friendly and helpful

I bought a Ryobi weed wackier that comes with attachments you can buy separately. I since have purchased the trimmer and the pole saw and I love it!!! Best item I could have purchased! The attachments have the hanger so I hang the up in my garage so that it doesn’t take up much space. Love love love it!!!

My son and I were treated with aggression and disdain at the checkout, cashier was clearly having a bad day and was yelling and throwing our items around, extremely offended and filed my first even complaint after 20 years of being a Pro customer at this store. What's concerning is that management didn't seem to care and didn't appear concerned about having a customer taking the time to calmly and reasonably expressing a serious issue such as this. Looks like a tip of an iceberg, if you will.

HD is better than Lowe’s because the employees usually know what they’re talking about and where to actually find what you’re looking for. They’re also friendly and polite.

This Home Depot seems to have caught the good customer service vibe. Associates came up to me and asked if I needed help, rather than my having to chase them down. Everyone was super friendly. Special kudos to Stefanie.

Staff are always helpful. They will direct you to an aisle, and often they will walk right over with you and find the item. Ask a question about usage and most often the staff member knows the answer. If not, their is no hesitancy to say so and go out of their way to get another staff person who can answer. Returns are handled without complaint or complication. This store is great.

Home Depot in Cortlandt shopping center, is a good store. they have everything you need for your home and employees are very helpful. AA+++!

associate at the register accused my husband WHILE HE WAS PAYING that he was stealing product. we bought 6 bags of marble rocks so of course our cart looked full. he has tattoos and was straight from work so of course he did not look like a 'typical' Westchester guy. we are from queens and bought our home in June of 2022. we have spent THOUSANDS on THOUSANDS at this location and the way we were treated is appalling. We spent $100 that day which is NOTHING compared to the endless trips we have made in just a few months. we have even witnessed others straight walking out the store and she stops him AT THE REGISTER. first of all get more staff- my husband helps customers ALL the time that are looking for product because he knows the store so well. he knows it better than Home Depot's paid employees. Secondly, they have 10 people STANDING AROUND at the self check out. if you don't want customers checking out themselves why don't you have those associates AT THE REGISTERS or the AISLES helping people. We have never been treated so poorly in my life and we will NEVER go back to this store again. I just did the survey on Home Depot website with the names/date/times of the incident if anybody at this store has the decency to investigate the racial behavior of your staff.

Overall HD of Mohengan Lake is a great place to shop, in recent visits I have had nothing but great experience from the paint department, Electrical, lumber and gardening the staff are very help full and friendly and informative

The workers are extremely helpful and kind.

The garden center at Hi e Depot has two exceptional employees: Stephanie and Dave. They were knowledgeable, courteous and were able to help us complete our sale. We couldn’t have done it without them!

Manager Tom and Cashier Nik went out of their way to make sure that the products I came in for were found, there were none in the display bin, and were brought up front for me.

I never thought employees at a home depot could be so helpful and really nice! I recommend this store over any other big box DIY store.

Just ordered my refrigerator. Joe was an excellent salesman!! Hoping the delivery goes as well and my refrigerator is delivered without any problems! Then I will give Home Depot a 5 star rating!!

Home Depot services have been great, Ashley and Susan in the Flooring department have been a great value. Prompt friendly and very professional.

These folks take pride in what they do. They are always helpful and not lazy like the Associates at Yonkers, Woodhaven, Ozone Park, Merrick Blvd. I have used a lot of Home Depots and these folks are a class act compared to other branches outside of New York City and other.
