These folks take pride in what they do. They are always helpful and not lazy like the Associates at Yonkers, Woodhaven, Ozone Park, Merrick Blvd. I have used a lot of Home Depots and these folks are a class act compared to other branches outside of New York City and other.

I feel that Home Depot in Cortlandt is a wonderful store to shop in. Salespeople are very helpful and knowledgeable. A very wide selection to choose from. For the handicap I rate it as 100%. if it were not for the handicap scooters and facilities we would not be able to shop there. This is a great plus for our seniors and handicap. Thank you HOME DEPOT

Clean and organized. Staff very helpful

The store isn't the problem it's the employees. Most recently I had a bad experience with checking out with cashier Rana. Then I went to Appliance dept I needed help getting a water filter. The employee told me to go to Google and look it up. He said he had no way of checking. What kind of people are you hiring Home Depot?

I would like to thank Andres in the garden department for actually stopping what he was doing and providing excellent customer service helping me find something that other people had no interest in helping me find. Home Depot is lucky to have somebody looking Andres working for them.

The store is large and is well organized, clean and well stocked. Most items are in stock. The associates are generally helpful and friendly and will help with recommendations. Its a nice place to shop.

Store is a mess and needs an overhaul of management. Did an online order and when I went to the store to get my order it was not ready and I waited for about a half an hour. I then asked for a refund and left. Store had lots of staff but none that seemed interested in assisting the shoppers. On the same trip I also tried to find the pool supplies but they changed where they were they are located. Walked around and could not find them. I also tried to purchase a microwave but could not get help from the staff. Don't waste you time in this store.I lost an hour of my time and got nothing for it. .

Overall shopping at Home depot is satisfying and I recommend Home depot to everyone!

I am not a fan of LED lights as they trigger migraines. So, I shop exclusively for old school incandescent bulbs. But it seems that Home Depot is phasing these out with each visit. They are definitely cutting back (on and not stocking) the small packages of 2 incandescent flood lights, which I need for recessed lighting instruments in my home. My only choice was to purchase the contractor's case of 12 for $42. I was very frustrated.

this location is alot cleaner and friendlier than other locations I've shopped at. They are a little more expensive (not by much but it adds up over time ,a few cents here and there)for the most part I am very satisfied with mohegan lake ny home depot. Pleasant employees (most of them)

Too often shelves are not stocked sufficiently of certain items especially in the lumber department. A good portion of the lumber is either damaged from handling or it is split, warped or is just inferior quality.

Rebecca is a true asset to the company. She was so friendly and helpful. She definitely knows her stuff. I am pregnant and she made me feel so welcome and helped me get the items I needed during my shopping trip. Usually the Home Depots I have been to are not that accommodating, especially for a pregnant female.

Shan was of great help with choosing the proper radiator giving feedback and guidance for else u would need. Store didn’t have any safe distancing signs and all people where too close to each other.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, return policy goes easy lots of parking prices are fair customer service has always been outstanding and the store management are very cool and understanding to your specific problem, they don’t cut you off and move on, they take their time with you until resolve.

Home Depot had Lysol and Lysol wipes today. I was extremely happy to find they had plenty in stock!

Was a routine visit until Christopher Johnson in the paint department assisted me. Was attempting to match a wall painted in 2016. Christopher used a chip to color match and mixed according to its specs. The mix was off too light Christopher then searched the swatches for a match. He found it, used the existing paint mix to additional pigment, then tested against the chip and was close & left happy I painted and its a perfect! Christopher went beyond my expectations! Thank you Christopher!!

Outstanding Customer Service in a clean well stocked and organized environment. My wife and I sat with Brenda in kitchen design and thanks to Brenda's expertise We will have our new modern kitchen that my wife waited for more than 20 yrs for ....installed shortly . .

One of the cleaner and more organized HDs that I have been to. And on my last trip the employees were particularly friendly and offered their help without my having to search for them or asking. New store manager? Idk, but it was helpful and appreciated.

Store in some areas need to be kept up and a little cleaner. Some products had dust on them and I wonder if I should buy yhe product knowing its been on the shelf for a while? Whenever i asked for assistance an employee would stop to help. Or passing they nory said good day meaning whatever time of day I would be in the store
