I asked the cashier Nicole her opinion on two paint colors and she gave me an honest opinion and explain why her choice was a better choice but it would match more in my house so I went with her decision most times people would just agree with whatever I liked but Nicole was very honest and

I am on a trip with my travel trailer and had a section of my back closet cave in. I went to Home Depot to cut a piece to replace, and what I found wouldn't work to cut to the odd size I needed. An employee was so helpful finding me a good solid piece to cut and gave me a 70% discount as well. Every employee I passed smiled and asked if I needed any assistance. The cashier was new and pleasant. The store is very clean and well stocked. When I come back into the Corvallis, Oregon area, this is the Home Depot I will visit.

I felt like a queen today, questions and service was consistent thorough and helpful. Might it be all the woman didn’t see me as anything but a customer? Well done new crew!

Since I moved here I've had to learn my way around a new big Home Improvement Store that's a bit different from my hometown. I often times have to ask employees where something is, and they're always nice and give quick answers.

Very helpful with flooring and making sure had assistance I needed.

I’m so grateful we have this Home Depot in Corvallis! It has all my DIY dreams inside. Literally, a one stop shop for mainstream tools, lumber, nuts & bolts, garden supplies, grills, flooring, paint, large appliances, and more! I don’t know what I’d do without ya, HD. Drive to Albany Lowe’s? Ha! No. Now, if only Home Depot had rentable trucks and large construction machinery… (hmm… now we’re talking!)

I have been going there for years. Well, actually from the day it was built I have been buying there. They have some of the best staff in the area, especially if you are DIYing some sort of project. I see some of their staff offering advice and counsel that might cost a fortune if you had to hire a contractor. This Corvallis Home Depot has saved me a lot of money over the years.

I think we in and near Corvallis, OR are fortunate to have this Home Depot near. I have found the employees knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

I bought some small items at HD. Since they don't have baskets they suggest you use the buckets for carrying the items. When I got to the cashier I specifically told her I didn't want to buy the bucket. She charged me for it anyway even though I didn't take the bucket. I didn't realize I had been charged for it until later. This is a ripoff as well as dishonest. Check your receipt before you leave the store.

I went to the Corvallis location and was happy with the way I was treated. They made me feel like the small projects were just as real and important as the the big ones lol. Ask for Zack. He is pretty cool

We need a gate for our property. I found the perfect gate and wanted to purchase it, BUT we can’t get it in Corvallis, or even Albany!! We would have to spend a ton of money driving all the way across the state to Roseburg to get it! They won’t even ship it to our store! Why not? So we have to buy it elsewhere! We are not happy! We spend so much money at Home Depot! Corvallis is a farming community too! Why don’t you stock the farming equipment locally???

The self service check out used to have excellent employees with positive attitudes. My wife and I both have noticed at this store the employees attitudes at the checkout have been like you might be bothering them by asking for assistance. If there are more than one employee at the self service checkout, forget it, it appears they would rather chit chat with each other. The rest of the store is good. It is too bad the poor service happens on the way our the door.

No longer is it difficult to find a person on the sales floor to help you find something. I can now find an orange apron in any department, which eliminates that "lost" feeling. Thank you, Home Depot, for listening to your customers and providing excellent service.

Kat Stickler was fantastic helping us with our appliance questions. We bought a refrigerator because she was so knowledgeable and took her time to make us satisfied.

Glad to have expert help in the large appliance area. It's not every day elderly people can get all the info they want.

I would like to shout out the outstanding customer service at Home Depot. Not only am I helped to the right location for an item I also get the rundown on different brands and features of the items I want. Very helpful and I appreciate being asked when I walk in if I need assistance. Always a plus!!

Being new to the area we've had quite a few visits for a variety of needs. The store is clean, organized, and customer service is great without feeling like you're being hounded. We just purchased a washer and dryer and I am thrilled with the ease at such a large purchase.
