Today every associate at Home Depot was helpful and friendly. Jamie Altman helped me with my "cattery" project and the people in gardening were amazing

Tried online order to hold a product of quantity 1, took money then had no notification . Called to check and was told that inventory was off and 8 were on a truck to be unloaded. Went into store and asked about it, got same story and no apology or offer to make it right, did get refunded and said I would just go to Albany to buy it.

Very good service

I shopped on line to see what Home Depot had for paneling. Then I called the Corvallis store and talked to a Customer Service woman because I had lots of questions. She took lots of time with me getting all my questions answered and then I ordered my paneling. She was really, really, patient and very helpful!

The staff at this store, specifically Becky in flooring, are wonderful. All were helpful and cheerful. Becky went above and beyond - and she knew her stuff. A good shopping experience all the way around. I was shopping for quite a bit of flooring and because of Becky and the staff I pulled the trigger that day!

Store employees are pleasant and attentive, and there are enough of them to serve your needs--I have never felt like I had to hunt one down. The selection is great and in good condition, even finicky things like moving supplies which is what I recently came in for. This is definitely a Home Depot I would choose to drive to over ones in Salem and Albany.

I checked out many stores in the Corvallis area looking for a simple, standard washer and dryer set-up. Corvallis Home Depot was the only store that listened to my wants, showed me their selection without any pressure to purchase the top of the line, expensive sets. The representative was tentative to my needs and worked with me, my budget and my delivery timeline! Highly recommend Home Depot's appliance center.

Everyone here was so friendly. In each department I visited, everyone asked if I needed help. They took a lot of time and effort to help me fit a grill into my tiny car. I couldn't have done it without them.

I recall when this store came to Corvallis. Many people said it would be the end of most other small business's, that they would drive them out of existence. Quite the opposite is true. The small business's are thriving along with Home Depot. I see local business owners and employee's shopping at Home Depot when I am shopping there myself. Not only are they buying items for their business's, but they are shopping for themselves as well. Competition is good for all business's in Corvallis.

I always find the Corvallis Oregon, Home Depot Store and it's employees helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and most always has what I am there to buy..

Employees are helpful and really try to help. I appreciate the cashiers who are regularly on the look out for when I am coming close to checkout and they are ready to help! Store is clean and well stocked. I am a big RIDGID tool fan and enjoy seeing the latest tools! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This store has some of the worse service in Corvallis. Only the US Post Office is worse. Maybe you can get help if you are a contractor. The parking lot is cluttered with lots of sheds and plants taking up the close in parking. Inside the store finding something is a challenge.

I just needed to pick up some wood pieces to make a bookstand. While at Home Depot, my sister was scanning the gift card kiosk. Bingo! we are returning to fill out our holiday shopping for Family, wa all seem to be doing work on our houses. What an easy and needed gift idea. Took the stress rigth out of the holiday shopping. Thank you!

Unless there is better management in this store, I wouldn't want to do any more projects with you!

The store employees were all very friendly but I have never met anyone friendlier than the cashier named Sterling. A very kind and sweet young man.

The store always has what I need to do my projects , the employees are helpful without being pushy, a good place to shop.

Love this store. Aways has everything I'm looking for. Employees know their stuff. And products are great.

Associates are super friendly and helpful. The store is a little cluttered at times but still usually fine. Its like most 'box' stores, they have what sells the most and occasionally not what i need. I guess thats how Mom and Pop hardware stores stay in business.

Got great customer service today. A Customer Service rep who was helping someone else asked if I had a question (which I did) which quickly got me on my way without having to wait for her to finish with her customer. It took a whole 2 seconds of her time. Thank you for helping in that manner!!

This store was a little disorganized when it first opened and the initial staff they had didn't know much about their departments, how to locate anything or the actual application/use of the products sold. 2 years later and it is staffed with people who know where to find things as well as whether something is in stock or not. A vast improvement.

Several of the employees greeted me this morning and I was assisted by two different employees. I saw employees laughing with coworkers in a cheerful and professional manner and the overall environment was helpful and friendly.
