My wife and I have been so impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the employees who work here. Patty, Jeff and Steph have cared about our home projects and have cared about our family that no other box store has. We have replace our roof, doors, and now our kitchen through Home Depot and have been extremely happy with all of the products we have purchased. Unfriendly staff as usual, cluttered aisles as usual!

The team at this location is top notch service with a smile. They are very helpful with lots of knowledge and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. If your looking for a great employee to assist you just ask for Tom you wont regret it. The team members up front are amazing as well really make you feel welcome.

It was such a great experience I would definitely recommend shopping here! The service is great, the workers know what they are doing. I wish there were more stores like this. It's great to have an amazing store like this, Keep it up!

I always have an excellent experience in the morning with the prodesk. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help with anything I need.

I am appalled at the Home Depot return policy. I spent around $200 on this particular visit... $30 of it was store credit because of a previous return, $170 on my card. I went in to return a router that I ended up not needing. I had my receipt, thought all was good to go. Because I used store credit, my return was denied (at least that is what the lady told me was "probably the reason"), with little explanation other than I need to "open a claim" with a third party company over the phone that handles this in FOUR WEEKS. I assumed worse case scenario would be getting $30 back in store credit and they'd refund the other $100 or so... I thought no problem as I spend a lot at Home Depot. This is not necessarily this locations fault, but The Home Depot as a whole. The workers were kind and tried to be helpful about it but the policy is insane. The workers (a supervisor included) seemed to think it was a a bad policy. Next door to this Home Depot is other home improvement stores. I like this area because I can get things from both stores on any given visit to the area. After this visit, I will not be returning, unfortunately. I will find what I need at elsewhere. Other home improvement stores have never given me grief on returns especially within the return window with a receipt.

They have to get in more products, how come they can not cut tile that's to long. Certain lighting

Alex in flooring is definitely the go-to person if you have questions or concerns on carpeting. I was so impressed with her professional customer service. She took me through the entire sale.

I started off with a bad experience, but things turned around. I stopped in for an item but could not find it on my own. It showed in-stock online, so I went to customer service to ask for assistance and a woman there pointed to an area and told me very frankly, that if the item isn't over there, then they don't have it. I had checked that area already, so I didn't challenge that, and just said thanks and left. The next day I went to another Home Depot and found they were out of stock too. I looked online and the item still showed in-stock at this Council Bluffs Home Depot. So I decided to call and see. The customer service rep I spoke to now was very helpful and confirmed she also sees their inventory shows it in-stock. So she connected me to Jim in the Garden Dept. Jim knew exactly what I was looking for and explained that the item was not in the area I was pointed to on my first visit. He even went the extra mile and physically located the item to confirm it was in stock and provided exact directions for me to find it. While my experience was not perfect, I definitely want to give the second customer service rep and Jim the credit they deserve for being so nice and helpful.

The store was clean and still had most of it's stock even after most of the Black Friday rush was done. I was assisted by Nate who did a fantastic job of assisting me find what I was having trouble looking for. He was extremely helpful and persistent.

The store is always clean and associates are always available to help. I can always find what I need and checkout is quick and associates are very polite, friendly and helpful. I've purchased a lot of paint over the years and Home Depot is my "go to" for all home improvement needs. Other stores you have to hunt someone down to get assistance. I never have to wait in a long line to check out.

We got what we needed. Employees very helpful.

It is Home Depot, so you will most likely find everything you need but for some specialty items you might need to go to a bigger one in Omaha.

I just wish they got are measurements right I do not like having to go back because of there mistake and have to go to customer service and go threw all that
