I saved lots of money doing most projects myself. No one else to blame, but myself.

I was assisted by Store manager Colleen and Assistant manager Darvin in getting a pressure washer for my fleet of cargo vans. Thanks for the customer service and getting me back on the road ASAP...

I need a wet vac but the one I want it wasn’t on the shelf. I asked one of the ladies if they could get one from the top. Shoot got a gentleman with a big ladder and he got it down. But the box was opened he said there was another one but he had to go get a hook to get it down. While he got the Hook the lady got me the Home Depot bucket and use the open box and placed the wet vac head on the bucket to make sure it fit. They were both so nice. I had my dog with me on a leash and they made my dog feel welcomed too. As I was carrying the bucket in the box to the self-checkout another gentleman got the box and help me check out. He even offered to help me to the car I have the dog with me. Everyone was so kind and as I was leaving I decided to put the packages in the car and go look in the garden area. And as I was checking out a garden nice cashier offered me a cold bottle water for my dog. I wish I could tell you everyone’s names but they were fantastic.

I came to store to purchase lumber. It started out by being agreed from very nice lady associate. I found what I needed but also wanted boards cut to measurement. I asked an associate near the cutting machine if he could cut the boards for me he said he could not, but he’d find someone for me to do so. He had someone there within minutes and this associate cut lumber for me. It was a great trip after I paid at counter to another very nice associate. I have been to other stores and the associates look at you don’t ask you anything and run like I got something else to do. Great team for sure. Thank you.

I love shopping at this location. It is always well stocked and very organized. I just purchased a new refrigerator and the sales associate Taylor was amazing.

I have been going to this Home Depot every day for the last month for a home remodel and each day has been great. Everyone from Amanda, Chris, Nathan, Manny, those are the few I know have been great.

I made an online purchase and picked up some of it in the store. The customer service rep was outstanding. She could not find anyone to help load my purchases, so she loaded them herself. I was so impressed with her wonderful attitude.

Needed vegetable plants and weed killer. Limited vegetable plants.

I made a large purchase for a Wednesday delivery and two days before the delivery I was notified it would be four weeks. No one at the store seemed concerned when cancelling the order.

Jordyn and Rawshanah were great! They helped me find what I needed and even helped me find it a way home. I was in and out super quick and they knew exactly what I needed. Thank you guys!

I was shopping for a built-in microwave. I was immediately approached by the salesperson who determined my needs and placed the order efficiently. She was friendly, knowledgeable and rates 5 Stars for excellent service!

The store is great and is stocked well. The employees are knowledgeable but could actually do a better job of being available when patrons have questions or need help finding items.

About three months ago I purchased approximately three pallets of chopped rubber tires to dress up a large Pine Island in the front of my home. The price was right , the financing, was right, the delivery was right, and my delivery man was right on. I usually put out a lot of Christmas decorations, so after completing the distribution of those little black bits of rubber, I now had a pallet to work from. To say the least, the job was the easiest to decorate in the 43 years I have lived there. I have had many people stop to tell me how nice my yard looked, especially my rubber tire pine island., This made a difference in my little corner of Newton County. It took more than just me, Home Depot provided the idea's. Thanks my FRIENDS.

The two guys that i met bent over backwards to try to help find the item that Internet said store had (17) but could not even after checking the entire store. Great customer service!

I went in to order my back door, the sales person Maddy was very polite and helping me choose the door I wanted and needed.

Customer Service lady in Appliance Department was of great help finding my wife and I the correct gas range for our needs.

Friendly, helpful employees.

I had a really good experience. At least 3 different people tried to assist me.

Manager-Sara, actual noticed my frustration and asked if she could. I shared how I had tried to enter their garden area 3 times (externally & internally). She shared they were short staff but she would be glad to assist and that she did . She assisted me To select 8 flowers/plants , roll my 2 baskets to a register, and advised cashier to give me a discount for My troubles getting in the garden area and Sarah had staff assist me with loading my purchases into my vehicle! Wow what a superb service recovery!

Good store. Associates are always friendly and helpful. I frequent the store.
