Generally speaking, I have found the employees at this store to be more willing to offer help than at other stores and even other HD locations.

The driver of my delivery was very helpful. He could not get the product up my driveway because it is very steep. He did his best to put it at the best place he could. You have a very good employee in Steve #5. I appreciate all his heip.

The person who assisted me in the appliance ( refrigerator) department was very helpful. Took a great deal of time with me

I was literally the first customer at this location when it opened many years ago. I still shop there. That says it all.

Four employees asked if I needed assistance during my short visit. All were pleasant and helpful.

The flower selection is great.The plants are in in good condition.I always get all my flowers there for the seasons.

I bought a weber gas grill and while putting it together,,noticed some missing screws, washers etc. also. Also one major piece was not as described in the manual and was not designed (made) as per the manual. Tried twice to put it together, but both times were unsuccessful.Returned to home depot and explained the situation to customer service. After I talked to a salesmen, it was decided that I return the one I purchased, in parts and exchange it for one in the store that was already put together the correct way. i ageed and will make the exchange on 4/28/25. Both the customer service rep and the salesman were very friendly and extremely professsional and helped my resolve my problem in a timely fashion. That is why I go to the Cranberry Twp location all time. Both people arex great assets to the ompany. Ed Lowry

The employees of this store are amazingly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about their willingness to make sure the customer is finding what they need and that they help in every way possible to make sure the customer is happy. I'd like to give special recognition to Patti and Josie for their extra efforts with my purchase on 4/24/25. They definitely went the extra mile to make my experience the best!

Since moving to PA I have relied on this Home Depot for several projects...Ive found some great deals and had employees willing and happy to help me

My wife returned materials we did not need for commercial shop we're building. She was greeted in parking lot by an associate offering to unload a heavy box of floor tile and wheel it indoors to customer service. After the return, another associate helped to find a commercial fire , walked it to the cashier, then out to her car. Much appreciated!

Our entire experience trying to buy a refrigerator was horrible. We paid for the frig on Jan 10th and did not get a working frig until Feb 5th. Totally ridiculous. Got the run around from this store and their third party delivery company for nearly a month.

Had to return a dishwasher that was just installed because the quality was not there and bought a different one. Renea H. made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I wish all stores handled issues this well!

Our dryer failed then three months later the washer. We had NO doubt when the washer failed that we would head right back to the Cranberry Home Depot for help. As with the dryer, the salesperson this time, Jack, was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He answered ALL of our concerns!! We are both very happy with Cranberry Home Depot!

I paid for instalation of a refrigerator and gas stove. They did not have the proper fittings to install my stove. They did not install it properly. When they returned the following week they did not correct the problem. I honestly knew more than they did about the instalation. They are not qualified to do the job

This visit was for a Paint purchase. Employee “Marty “ was super knowledgeable in the paint department .Made my trip quick and efficienct. Every employee was pleasant, smiled and approached me to ask if I needed any help. I left the store and thought “wow”. That was an above average shopping experience !

Dan, the customer service manager worked with my wife and I when we were purchasing a large tool chest. He was the most professional employee I have ever worked with. Because of him, I will definitely continue to shop at the cranberry store!

I asked them for a $5 donation for a non profit to help out hurricane victims and they refused to help. Don't shop there. Home depot Corp provides much national.support that they can deduct off their taxes or brag about on game day on espn, but their actual local workers don't care about anyone

Ryan approached me and asked if I need assistance. We reviewed photos of my kitchen sink as I explained what my plans were. He guided me on all the parts and pieces needed and the just in cases scenario parts. Project/repair was a success. Thank you Ryan. Store visit was 9/24/24

Checkout only takes seconds, not minutes!

The checkout lines are extremely long. The store under staffs so there is only one cashier at the pro checkout. The store is built with tow lanes. Use them

I recently shopped at the Cranberry Store and a problem arise with the product. I returned to the store and was greeted by a young man who was immediately sympathetic and compassionate about providing the assistance that I needed. It would have been easier for him to tell me that he is sorry and that there was nothing he could do, which has been my experience at other stores, to assist me. However, he pursued every option and insured that theassistance was provided and my problem was resolved... Even though other employees that he covered with gave him a text book answer. This gentleman knew remained professional and DID NOT accept know and he was able to favorably resolve my issue. Unfortunately, I failed to get his name but he is the young gentleman that works in the Customer Service For, at the Cranberry store. I am a Veteran and sometimes hard to please but I have not seen such a dedicated employee, in many years and I would like to thank him for his superb assistance and hard work to insure that I was properly taken care of!

We consulted with a store employee regarding new sliding doors for our upper deck and lower patio. The review and consultation were extremely thorough and the employee was pleasant and fun to work with. Home Depot has the best people and the best products!

Cindy from garden was soo helpful in helping me find a barcode/price tag for my plant. My intention was only to purchase only one plant but I ended up buying another one. Also Doris was so helpful at self-check out. They were both soo welcoming, helpful and patient with my husband and I.

Today my wife and I purchased a “garage ready” refrigerator for our “adult beverages. Never heard of one until today. Appliance salesman Jack explained, in detail, why purchasing a “garage ready” refrigerator is a must in lieu of just a regulator “in house” refrigerator to meet our needs. Who knew? Not me! Every store needs a dozen “Jacks” working for them. Best shopping experience we had in years thanks exclusively to Jack. Great hire Home Depot!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Home Depot store due to Patty's negative attitude, lack of empathy and sense of entitlement. Despite being the only customer in line, she seemed disinterested and was incredibly cantankerous. Furthermore her attitude was far from welcoming. She barely made eye contact, didn't greet me and seemed bothered by my presence. It felt like it was inconvience for her to perform her job, certainly wasn't the first time she has been this way. Overall I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for future customers.

Terry entered a service request and Mitchell heating and cooling called the next day. An appointment was set up for two days later.Byrsn the technician was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. I contacted Mr Cool and a new control board will be sent under warranty.
