Inside, a very nice young employee insisted on helping me lift the 3 (50#) bags of sand into my cart ; the cashier was super pleasant, & even outside, an older male employee helped me load the bags into my trunk (after helping me find my car,lol.) Wonderful service immediately after a very opposite experience at another store. (I hope to never have to use hhgregg again).

The customer service I received from the associate URSHALA was above and beyond any expectation I could have imagined. This young lady was able to spare me a long trip to the store by paging two associates of mine and assisting them with the help they needed to assure they were purchasing the right material. In short I wont to thank The Home Depot for hiring such an exceptional employee.

The store is easily accessible, staff and members available without much detective work to find one. Shelves are well stocked and product variety more than adequate. One of the reasons I enjoy this particular store is that the associates are friendly and to the point.

Although there are two stores closer to my home, I prefer to do most of my buying at the Cutler Ridge store. I am fully familiar with the location of all the products which makes it a lot easier and faster to shop. The GM and personnel at this store are doing a great job.

Charlie peters in tool rental is a customer service champion. I rented a rug cleaning machine and when I got home it was not working. I called back to tool rental and he told me to return it. It was extremely inconvenient to do so in morning rush hour traffic. When I got there I told him that I had filled the tank with hot water an cleaning solution and could not empty it. On the trip back it flooded out and made a huge mess in the bed of my truck. Mr. Peters gave me a replacement, credited me the time I had wasted and replaced the bottle of rug cleaner at no charge with no attitude and no resistance. !! What a pleasure to not have to fight with an associate to get what I deserved and his apology as well! All your associates would benefit from knowing that Mr. Peters knows how to treat a customer RIGHT!!!!

The store was clean and products easily accessible. I was exceptionally pleased with the Associate's warmth and helpfulness.

The Cutler Ridge Home Depot is an excellent store, but they could use a few more sales associates.

Lawrence from the tool rental was very helpful and went out of his way to get me a replacement for a Ryobi "one" battery I had that was defective. Very hard time from Ryobi but he persevered.
