Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, easy on returns, fast checkout.

The help I got in this store was incredible!! Normally when I go to any other home depot the service and time they take to help me is horrible. The cashiers were super friendly especially one named Brenda who was funny and helped me with the self checkout because im not tech savvy thank you for the easy experience 10/10.

The only thing is that we bought paint and was not offered the rebate option. That was disappointing.

Store has come a long way since I moved to Cutler Bay 4 years ago. More products, more employee presence. Really like the new counter at the paint department it seems more customer interaction focused. The lawn department seems to have more product to choose from.

Rude manager, They don't care about the customer. Often they do not have items available even thought they show as having them in stock.

Travis is amazing! He always greets customers and always willing to assist customers. He loaded my fridge in my car as I have back issues.

Of the local Home Depots this one is the best. I have been to all of them and the staff here is most likely to help. They also have tool rental at this location and I find access in and out of the area the easiest. Most home depots are quite lonely with few if any willing workers around, but this is one of the bests for help if you do not have a clue what you need or where to find it.

I've been shopping this location for years. I typically shop at the prodesk. Savitri and Karyn make me happy to see Them every morning whem I come in They are pleasant and professional. Keep employees like this

I’ve had several home improvement projects done from this store. I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with each project. The salesperson handling each of my projects gave me 100% of their focus & time. They were wonderful! I have just begun my latest project- changing my old kitchen tile countertops to granite!
