Easy to pick up a 3 pack of filters for my AC/HEATER

It was busy but Boby in appliances took the time to help me find. Perfect new range and microwave. He was attentive and helpful. I am very appreciative and when we need the new dishwasher he already helped me pick which one it will be!

Hannah at the Cypress store assisted us in finding everything we needed to complete our double remodel. She had wonderful decorating insights that helped make our project fabulous!

You can never find anyone at the store to help you. If you are lucky enough to hunt someone down, they seem annoyed.

The Cypress Home Depot is very near to my house. As such I go there for almost all my home repair and remodeling needs. Moreover, as I am a veteran, I appreciate that Home Depot honors veterans with a 10% discount. The only thing that could be better would be a 15% or 20% discount.

Beware buying their clearance fridges. They dont verify if they work and then youre stuck trying to organize and allocated resources to get a warranty service appointment for a fridge that was advertised as minimal scratches but in reality there's no signs of cooling and the troubleshooting on the fridge is non existent. Home depot isnt worried about if it works just want it to sell. Will follow up to let you know if the warranty was the way to go.

Never buy a Home Depot gift card. If you over-scratch it, which can very easily happen it's useless. Say goodbye to your gift.

I went to this Home Depot today and met Scott. He was extremely kind to me and helped me carry my charcoal and load my other items into the back of my car.

Staffs are friendly and helpful

It’s our job to recognize the good in the world if we want to support it to continue. Tonight I want to acknowledge Larry at Home Depot. He’s an older gentleman with a big heart who went out of his way to escort me through the store to the exact isle and items I needed tonight. He was fun to talk to and quick on his feet to know what I was talking about and what I needed. When I was a kid; my parents were always working on home repairs and projects so we frequented Home Depot A LOT. I always remember the good hearted, genuine, hard working & knowledgable folks like Larry who used to help my parents brainstorm to find the solutions they came for. This was a great experience tonight and I hope Larry gets recognized for it.

This Home Depot is always welcoming and has adequate supplies for what I’m usually shopping for.

I have a "pocky" weed problem in my lawn and the Home Depot representative was very helpful in recommending a Weed and Feed to get rid of the weeds but not harm the grass.

I had the best experience today, from the moment I walken in I was greeted like a friend. I was looking for multiple things around the store and more than one employee took their time to show me where the items were. Everyone had a great attitude and seem to enjoy what they do. At the register i found Charlie, who was one of the employees that made my day. I really enjoyed my experience today. Ill be driving from Whittier just to shop here.

Close Christopher! He is a model sales associate who made me feel welcome upon entering and did not leave my side until I had all the information and equipment needed for my project. He even helped me get started! I really appreciated not being left on my own and made to feel like it's okay to ask questions and learn. THANK YOU, CHRIS CORRAL!!

I bought a refrigerator today (2/22/24) at Home Depot and got the very best help I have ever gotten, anywhere. What a fabulous woman is working there, wow.

The people at this particular HD are always helpful and if they don't know the answer themselves, they will find someone for you who does. I've been going here for nearly 20 years and have nothing good things to say.
