Shopping at Home Depot is great. If you need information, many store employees provide advice and inspiration for practically any project. For example, they gave me advice and information about how to build and install a custom made rotisserie for my charcoal barbecue! It is so much fun to shop at Home Depot. I highly recommend this store. There is no better shopping experience anywhere.

I had a complicated order and some errors from an online order. Jarol, Roberto, and another man were patient, understanding and helpful

What a joke This place hires people who can’t comprehend English enough to tell or show me where to find a bench grinder. I will not be returning to this store or Home Depot at all with my purchases.

Always friendly staff who are ready to help

Everybody is always busy and it's always difficult to find someone to help locate items. Hire more people.

Disputing a recent return, still waiting after 3 trips to the store and a call back from manager.

Need cashiers working at checkout. Customers should not be forced to only use self checkout.

The best store around

I am pleased with the wide selection of products that Home Depot stocks. It is rare for me to leave the store without the product that I came for.

Special ordered shades. Went over fixing in great detail with their so called expert. Shades came back the wrong size so i promptly drove to the store. Same expert still sitting there. She tells me “too bad you’ll have to come back next week to speak with the department manager! As I’m leaving the store, a Returns person sees me leaving with the box and directs me to come to him and he will take them back and credit me. So I do but as he is doing it, suddenly he realizes it’s not working so he calls a manager and the manager tells me there is a restocking fee for the return. He then tells me to come back next week. I return next week and ask for the store manager ( who of course is not in) but his assistant is. I explain the problem and she tells me “ what do you think we are…a bank? We cant give money back to customers!” But if I buy something else she will apply a discount. I simply ask to credit my card and that I have no intention of ever buying another item from HD. Her response “do what you want”they made the mistake….they won’t admit it….the woman was an absolute arrogant pompous buffoon!

Staff helped us greatly choosing proper AC filter and brought it to our attention that is we bought more we saved on each one.

Very professional friendly and helpful staff at danbury ct Home Depot store. Whether returns, check out, or specific “in aisle” type questions the staff is always willing to help. Andy in appliances is worth special note as he is always helpful and knowledgeable.

The past few times I have gone to customer service for returns or pick up, the staff has been great. I had to go to the New Milford store, as Danbury was out of the product I wanted and was disappointed in the customer service there.

Any time I go to this store I am always treated like family. Dry cooperative staff.

I purchased this yesterday and it was on a endcap great price and worked like a charm.

The layout of the store makes it easy to find the items I’m looking for without wasting time searching. The one negative I will say about The layout is the store puts sale items or specialty items in the main corridor, which makes it a little hard to navigate when there are multiple carriages or carts. Weekend finds longer lines as not enough registers are open.

I had to ask staff twice tonight for directions to the right aisle to find what I wanted and both times was able to find someone who could help within seconds and who was friendly and willing to walk me to the right place for what I needed. It's little things like this that make the shopping experience enjoyable - keep up the good work.

This Home Depot store is lucky to have Reena as a Designer. She is truly treasure to this store. She’s not only Educated in Engineering in field for over 25 years, knowledgeable and experienced but also professional and polite. As a Designer She, always meets my expectations. Bcz of this type of service I love to shop at Home Depot. I know HDepot employees doesn't work on commission, but I hope she get paid better or raised. TY, Reena! I deeply appreciate your educational skills and professionalism.

We had carpeting installed in our bedroom. I could not be any more pleased. They did a fantastic job, clean efficient and it did not take a long time either. I’d like to thank the installers very much awesome job. It doesn’t get any better.🍷👍

I was leaving without a grill and I was greeted again as I was leaving, I wasn’t even upset just not interested with what was there and wow an angel helped me and I walked out buying a grill thank you

Appliances were both discounted plus we got a rebate and a discount for opening a credit card.
