This is by far the largest home depo I’ve been to and the staff is very helpful and willing that cashier were all friendly and fast Day was a great cashier and very cheerful

It's nice to see the store adequately staffed. They didn't use to be. HD has (or had) this practice of taking sales associates OFF the floor if sales were down the following week... I disagree... typically the aisles are full of "wandering" customers in search of help when there's little staff available. In short... if you staff the store, sales will rise. The nature of the business and your customers calls for help. It's a "do-it-yourself" store... so we need adv ice/help doing it ourselves... otherwise we'd hire professionals and pay through the nose (or go to Lowes who always seems to have help available). HD Danbury has improved in service though.

-Staff are consistently helpful/friendly -Inventory is usually better than the competition -Generally can find a staff member if you have questions

IF ASK FOR HELP YOU MUST FIND SOMEONE . THAT PERSON WILL HELP YOU , BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN NEW MILFORD CT . THEY HIDE AND SEEK LOTS OF BREAKS IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN .

Excellent service in the carpet department

The salesman was a former carpenter and very very helpful in our selection of important tools we need in our home improvements. We will certainly go back to this store for our future needs in finishing our 2nd floor.

The cashier named Par was extremely helpful. She helped me save a lot of money by suggesting and getting me a Home Depot credit card. Thank you, Tony D

My favorite store to shop.

The store has plenty of products and is ease to find then. The associates was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Clean and well stocked. Associates answer the telephone and are helpful. Exceptional location, obviously well managed.

Well staffed with courteous employees who also had the electronic means of communicating with supervision to get questions answered.

Although overworked (it seems), the personnel are friendly and welcoming. They do seem to be hurried and there do not seem to be enough floor personnel. Maybe HD could hire a few more so we would not have to go searching for your floor experts who cover things such as plumbing and electric. Otherwise, always nice to saunter around and look at the new merchandise.

The store and staff are great!!

Well, I had visited a competitor and got lousy service. Just wanted to know some basics about garage doors. They did not seem to have time to help me. So, I went to Home Depot in Danbury. My first choice but I was doing a project for someone else. Well, the Danbury store people have been very helpful from the time we bought two garage doors to helping during instalation.

I found the employees to be courteous and helpful. Checkout was very efficient.

I drive past Lowes to get to Home Depot even though it is a longer drive. Home Depot employees are easy to find to answer questions and are polite and friendly.

I was able to find help quickly as I was in a rush. Product was in stock & workers answered all my questons. Store was very clean and Bob McKenzie was so helpful and happy to assist me with my problem.

Buying custom mix paint on Labor Day sale could have been difficult. Paint personnel kept customers moving and paint coming. No complaints, customers all pleasantly engaged with staff. Store was clean despite the traffic and the sale shoppers. Didn't note their names but both the fellow and lady on duty did well.

Staff really helped out to completion

I have traveled the country and shopped in many HD and I must say that this location for me has been excellent hands down. The moment you enter the store your experience starts with someone recognizing you and welcoming you to the store. Then you have someone asking you if you need assistance and at the end of it all you leave with a smile and stress free. There are other stores where you have nobody around to help you and the experience becomes a stressful long waiting period. In the end you realize how HD Danbury is the place to shop.
