Poor customer service for cashier and great manager or supervisor. Her name is heba or hiba

Mawda and the lady at the paint counter, she was not there today, African-American. She always has on a toboggan, and she works with 2 boys. She wasn’t there today. you keep ppl like that and how nice they are you will for sure have people spend more money and have great customer feedback. Now the guy that was working with her mawda today and she knew I had anxiety and I had a bug him for 20 more minutes of her time that’s not a person that should be on a team. Every time I go the lady at the paint station is always smiling and says hello she goes above and beyond. And mawda went above and beyond. Especially when you can see somebody that has severe anxiety. if I would’ve had another hour with her, I probably spent another thousand when I see them two ladies are team players and no other job and then if they didn’t know about it, they was looking it up.. and kept up a smile. They were the people you need to be a management.. i’m doing a whole rehab on a house that I bought. Ty again from the lady with anxiety ..you ladies are amazing Team players I’m one happy customer today and I’m usually not from dearborn store.

Cashier employee they don’t smile they don’t like people weird

I went into the store just for a couple of things but ended up purchasing multiple things and signing up for a Home Depot credit card, and didn’t have to purchase my items at all.

I've been to various Home Depot's in my area, were the employees would quickly disappear or pass you over just NOT to give assistance. The other store would be cluttered, and understocked. However; THIS Home Depot was Clean, organized, and the Employees were VERY Friendly and Helpful.

easy to locate the items I need and overall great service

I have bought the most important machines and items for my house, garage and backyard from The Home Depot. It's the best place to shop for such items, especially for new house owners, because you will save time by going to one place only and find whatever you need.

Won't allow no star review, forced to give 1-Star. Workers to busy doing nothing to help customers, when u ask for help they act like you're asking for a kidney or lung. No cashiers only self checkout.

I came from another store to this one with a printed picture, and knowledge that the door I wanted was in stock. No one was at the desk to help. I then found five people on the floor whom all passed the buck saying they would send someone. No one every showed up. I finally found a new employee named Quinn whi did help. It took me three hours to get a door off an upper rack and check out. I asked for a courtesy discount for my time, and was rudely informed frim the MOD Jeannette too bad. We don't do that. Don't shop here worst servuce every

I didn’t see a place in the survey to list the name of my sales person. My sales person was Tonya and she was very friendly and helpful.

I was in this store a few days ago and purchased some window shades and the price was clearly marked as 6.87 in the isle. I was rushing to get out and did not pay attention to the receipt to see that I was overcharged. I had to come back and purchased one more and that is when I realized that the price was not right. I informed Tanya, the lead Cashier for the morning and her team of the discrepancy, and they went to work to verify the issue and correct the bill. They were very helpful and positive which helped to turn a difficult situation around for me. I appreciate the service that I received on that day. Thank you,

This rep made my store experience awesome. She was very knowledgeable and did not pass me around to not complete her job. She assisted me with entire large purchase. You all need to hire more employees like Diamond! She works at the Pro Desk

Store personnel are friendly, eager to help and seem very happy. Everyone engaged in the store’s operations, alert and exhibiting good energy.

I don't shop here often (I work in Dearborn) but each time this store had what I needed in the nick of time, the product was affordable and it's quality.

To start on the parking lot there was an elderly man trying to load a 100lb grill into his car while employees walked past him twice to get carts and didn’t offer to help him so I did it for him. I get inside and about every other isle is blocked off with pallets and gates because they are unloading a truck. I find what I need and as soon as I get there an employe shows up with a stock cart and gives me attitude and just stares at me. I move my cart which isn’t easy because there is so much crap in the way and he pushes the cart past me and says excuse me with attitude instead of thank you. I pick up what I need and go to the front and there are like 12 people in line and no cashiers, it’s all u-scan. There is one cashier directing traffic and she calls her friends up from the back of the line and cut in front of everyone. One of them starts to dance up at the cash register. There wasn’t a single good thing about my shopping experience. You need to retrain everyone or just close the store. Having cashiers would be a nice change as well

The employees were very kind and they greeted me wen I didn't ask for assistance "above and beyond"!

Will never visit this store again. I will keep going to the Dearborn heights store, employees are more pleasant and have better service.

Very proud of this one particular cashier! I’m an elderly woman and he made me feel so welcomed.

I always get good service by knowledgeable associates and have my questions answered. Always friendly .

I came in looking for assistance selecting screws this guy told me I had to wait till a guy was finish unstocking a shelf. Then I needed help with light bulbs. I had 2 different departments call someone over for help and no one ever came.

Associates were very helpful. Comfortable environment and easy to shop.
