The tool rental dept was excellent and I rented a 20" chainsaw that was just right for the job. One caution, the bar oil cap is very close to the exhaust. Thank goodness I had gloves on, I could hear the sweat sizzle on the exhaust when I opened the cap to add more oil.

The store has come back since the flood. In excellent condition and better than ever service.

The store is always clean, areas well marked and employees are very helpful.

This store has a horrible habit of tossing away plants. I saw two buggies full of plants that were just thrown in. Very few of them were actually dead. I asked an employee if they were going to be discounted, but she said the store simply throws them into the garbage when new shipments come in. They don't even donate them. It's a huge waste.

The associates at my store have always been eager to assist me with my many building projects with advise & support. I have come to know many of them and it was devestating to have to use a different store when Denham Springs flooded last August. I sincerely trust that you pay them what there're ' worth! '

This Home Depot must make customer comfort very important. Their staff members seem to be very interested in making your visit a good one and to help in any way they can. In my 3 visits this spring i was always greeted promptly in the department I was in and they staff made every effort to assist me in completing my purchase.

I went to our Denham Store Where Shakita helped me at the in store pick up area. The online order I made was cancelled without my knowledge. She went out of her way to make my purchase pleasant and successful .

Our Home Depot helped our people so much when the entire city (including Home Depot) flooded! God bless them!

This Home Depot is the friendliest we have visited and people try to help with what I am in there for except for the door department. All store associates were friendly that dealt with us. Sometimes couldn't get down the isles with wheel chair.

I have a Home Depot blocks from my house, yet I will drive to another city to be treated better,and know they will have what I want

Impressed by the number of associates available, especially compared to other Home Depot Stores that I have shopped. The atmosphere is hectic with so many contractors and homeowners trying to rebuild but the associates were all courteous, available and helpful. The stock on many items is flying off the shelves but seems to be replentished every day. Absolutely the best Home Depot experience that I have ever had. The best staff I have experienced in any home improvement store.

Ms Paula and Mr Gary were terrific!! The smiles made me smile!!! They were both very helpful and friendly. From the moment I entered the store to the moment I got to my car with the help of Mr Gary (although a friendly customer was helping me get my items in my car) Gary came out smiling and ready to help. He would not even take a TIP!!!

Since the big flood the store is kept up nicely in Denham Springs. The reorganization and placement of store items is ideal. Employees are helpful and friendly as well. Thank you.

Customer Service is AWFUL

My husband and I was in the store yesterday buying a new refrigerator. Lori Keels in appliance waited on us and I can tell you this she went above and beyond taking her time and patience helping us make our decision. She checked us out put our new refrigerator on a dolly waited at the loading dock until the guys put it in our truck and shook my hand. I felt like hugging her like I made a new friend just making a purchase. Not very often you go into a big box store and get that kind of help and knowledge from a employee. Hats off to Denham Springs Home Depot and to the Manager James for being so nice and helpful with us. We enjoyed shopping at this store. We will come back !!!!

Our Denham Springs location has gone above and beyond for our town since the great flood of 2016 has happened. Everything we need is in stock and ready for purchase. Everyone there is willing to help you out with whatever you may need. Highly recommend this location!

1 star only because I had too. HEAD CASHIER needs a lesson in customer service. I left this store so frustrated because of his lack of customer service skills. And please do not talk on the phone when you are customer facing. Will never return to this location!!

Employees helpful for the most part. Cyndi Craft did a great job.

Everytime i go to the store everyone is so friendly people like Roger and Robin aand Dan, Kristie and a host of others. they go out of their way to help me. They've become like family to me.

Seems really well-run and organized. The management must do a great job because everyone on the floor was happy and motivated. They helped me find what I needed and even helped me load up my truck. I'd recommend this Home Depot to anyone in the area.
