I shop @ Home Depot for everything/anything except groceries. I have shopped at several other stores and have not found any better than the DS store. Their Staff is so friendly and helpful.

I purchased Rain -X windshield wiper blades and I never knew these were available at Home Depot. I was excited when Rubin and Scott were kind enough to install them for me. I actually was surprised to find them and they are the lowest price I've seen. In the future I will check Home Depot first before purchasing anywhere else.

I loathe Home Depot because it is over whelming. Isaias and Veronica were so helpful. They both helped locate an item in the store, explained the difference btw two products. It made my Home Depot experience way more enjoyable!

I have been needing to replace a light switch for my bathroom and also needed replacement bulbs for the kitchen light fixture. The employee assisted me in finding the correct size bulbs (I had measured incorrectly) and then assisted me in finding the light switch I needed and showed me three different types of cover plates. I didn't know there was more than one, and he assisted me in finding the one I really needed to cover the switch and its interior wiring.

went in to place a delivery order and was greeted and helped by associate as soon i came in the door and very thankful because i didnt stay in store long at all.

Went on my lunch break to get some boards and they blocked the whole lumber section off. They're home depot... they serve one purpose and failed at it

This home depot is leaps and bounds better than the others in the the baton rouge area. Staff is helpful and kind, and the managers are always quick to solve my issues. Keep it up!

I'm very thankful for how well my experience went. My sink was acting up, and I found everything I needed after worrying about contacting a plumber for a week. We fixed it ourselves at such an affordable price.

Inventory was disappointing, but Nevada rebounded the experience into an excellent one anyway. See her for your needs!

Shopping at the Denham Springs Home Depot was such a pleasure! The store was very clean and orderly. The sales associates, including the Manager, were professional and knowledgeable of the product I purchased. From the time I entered the store, I was greeted with smiles and assistance when needed. This store will now be my "Go To" store in the near future!

I make lots of trips to Home Depot at several locations throughout the area. They all pretty well stocked. Things have settled since IDA and supplies seem to bee catching up

Need to improve on cashiers texting on there phone instead of checking out customers.

I ordered a lawnmower online and later received text that it was ready to pick up. It was not. Clerk couldn’t find it and did not know what to do. Another clerk tried to school her then wound up going to locate and pull order herself. Required getting a lift, waiting for aisle to clear, closing gates etc. I spent over 30 frustrated minutes following the process around. They did give me a $54 discount for their ineptitude. Additionally, the person at the register looked very bored, I had to ask her if she was available after standing in front of her for a few seconds. She couldn’t find my order nor did she know what to do about it. I got pretty angry, almost just walked out but another person came up to her and figured out the problem, went and pulled the mower and completed transaction. I left the store fuming - NOT a good experience. That is all.

7/26/22 1325pm. I came in knowing I needed a new Ryobi trimmer. I found the product I wanted without assistance. I looked thru the garden center briefly and noticed the gate was open, so I assumed the register was also. Employee Tammy was approximately 15 feet away from the register unboxing product and didn’t appear to look up upon my arrival to the register. I asked her if this register was open. She didn’t answer but slammed down what she had in her hands and proceeded to the register. She offered no greeting whatsoever. My item was in the undercarriage of the buggy, which she had to remove it to find the sku. The item was removed and replaced so violently it shook my 6 month old infant in his car seat (also in the buggy). I was NOT offered a warranty. Upon payment, Tammy reached over to the keypad and tapped the screen when it asked if I wanted my receipt emailed. I took my printed receipt from her. I was offered no thank you, goodbye etc upon my departure. She looked to another employee and complained that the gate should’ve been closed since it was about to rain. (As it does here daily in summertime) Perhaps Tammy needs a day off, or maybe a position indoors where the heat of the midday sun wouldn’t cause her to be incredibly rude, impersonal and unprofessional. I have worked in retail, customer service and compliance and I know for certain, attitudes like hers will cost you customers. I had 1 simple item to purchase and she acted so inconvenienced that I dare approach her register. I would’ve been less put off if she told me the register was closed and I had to walk the entire length of the store to the checkout lines. I would have requested to speak with her manager at the time, however my infant son was already tired and beginning to cry. I was so disappointed in my experience especially since this is the most local store in our area.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. By far the only Home Depot i will ever go to!
