My purchase was of very good quality with a very good price. I did not need help with this shovel. Ames is a very good brand.

The associate help us find a cleaner for our stove top that was not displayed in the cleaning section. The two ladies were very helpful.

Two store associates were very helpful to me today during my visit to Home Depot in Denham Springs, LA. I felt very confident leaving the store that I could tackle a home painting project as well as set up my new outdoor fire pit (which one associate helped me get to my vehicle along with the wood). The other associate shared with me her personal experiences using different paints and brush types and this was extremely helpful. The store was well lit, well organized, and clean. The staff seemed to not only like working at Home Depot, but to enjoy using Home Depot products in their personal lives (which enhanced their knowledge and ability to help me).

As usual the store was clean, and its pretty easy to find most items. Finding someone to help if needed is not that hard. Great selection of products.

I've used this store many times, the only time I go to another location is if their out of a product and they locate it for me. Most of the associates I've asked questions about a project have been very knowledgeable. The best associate I've had the pleasure of talking with and has been quite helpful with advice is Randy in electrical. He also is very helpful with other departments.

My husband and I are retired and love doing home projects around our home and workshop. The Denham Springs, Louisiana store employees have been most helpful with "walking us through" what we need to complete our projects and even brain storm with us on options when we hit a snag. We find the store always clean and organized. Employees are readily available and take the time to offer to help even when they are busy stocking and such. We appreciate the fact that management has stepped up their game by hiring professionals with many years of experience in each technical department to assist with their working knowledge. Great big kudos to our local store!

Shopped for washer and dryer doing president's day sale! Customer service was great and sales for bigger that's expected!

Associate in doors/windows actually recommended we check out our warranty on storm door before purchasing new one. Part that needed replacing ended up having a life time warranty. Atta boy to Chad for knowing his product information!

Every time I go to Home Depot I am asked if I would like to use the self checkout. "NO" I do not wish to check myself out. Do you give me a discount if I check myself out? NO. Why is one checkout open and you try to steer everyone to self checkout? Hire someone to check me out. I spend my hard earned money at your store. I work very hard to stay in business. If I wanted to be a cashier I would not have become a builder. Quit trying to get me to check myself out. I don't work for Home Depot. I work for myself. Quit pushing self checkout and hire some more employees.

The lumber associate prevented me from making a big mistake in my choice of board width,he also cut the exact length for my steps .Fast service-fast checkout! Great selection of lumber and hardware!

I was shopping on Christmas Eve during the afternoon so I could get some last minute gifts. I saw various associates helping customers and while I did not require any help it was offered by at least two different associates. The cashier was very friendly and took a moment to engage me in small talk.

This Home Depot has a great family atmosphere and very convenient! Sometimes a challenge to get assistance but that all stores! Certain departments are always great such as: paint, flooring, and lumber to get assistance.

The nicest most helpful associates of any Home Depot store I've been to. One associate even went and got a buggy for me from the front while I continued shopping. AMAZING!!!!

In a bit of a hurry, I was in need of some assistance in finding the items on my list. As I walked into the store, I was greeted by sales associates asking if I needed help in finding anything.
