I purchased Olympic Maximum Stain and Sealer online through Home Depot in Cape Cod gray. When I had to purchase a second gallon through the Home Depot store the exact same product of the Cape Code gray color was completely different (more of a light gray vs. the brownish tone shown online). Instead of trying to resolve the situation the Home Depot store employee argued with me that it was a different color on my phone and laptop even though it was clearly their fault since it was Home Depot that sent me the solid stain. As you can see through the photos the original color I received matches. The "same" color through the store was a light gray so I had to drive back home and get a paint sample for them to match it.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for. Linda knew what I needed and exactly where it was. She was knowledgeable and very kind.

I'd like to commend the wonderful employee who helped me in the furnace filters and other plumbing needs on Wed, May 21. Does Home Depot have online order/pickup. ?

Not much to complain about it at Home Depot normally. Generally have what you need for the price you're going to pay anyway. At least you don't have to deal with supply house chain pricing issues. Just wish that they get some of the stuff out of the aisles that they're trying to restock during the day so that you can navigate the store with a cart. Especially in the lumber area.

I got help in finding what I needed, I found it and asked many questions and got informed responses, I made the purchase of a clothes washer and dryer, and the products were delivered and installed as promised. The delivery/installation crew were courteous, professional and were obviously thoroughly aware of what they were doing. When they were done they had done an excellent job. They should be commended for representing your store in a very positive way.

I can always depend on getting assistance when I shop at this location. I have been going to this store for years. I have never had a bad experience.

We ordered items for our bathroom remodel, to be delivered to our home. They arrived broken and we were still charged the delivery fee. The online representative was incompetent and struggled to reorder new items as a replacement. And we still were charged a delivery fee for the replacement items. To add insult to injury, we were charged a delivery fee for separate deliveries, instead of bringing everything at once.

Both Kim and Morton were patient and accommodating with their time and effort spent over the course of a month or so to help make affordable (by way of ongoing sales... confusing though the fine print turned out to be) the window treatments that I sought. Thank you both!

This store is not well managed and stocked. It is frequently out of the item I need.

Despite having to deal with grumpy customers and alot if theft, employees have a great attitude

The guys that helped us with this were great but it was supposed to be delivered 12/28 but now I don’t know when it will be delivered

What type of Mickey Mouse operations sells products as brand new online and then arrive at the customer's house and are used, returned, and repackaged? I recommend that Home Depot gets its sh *t together and stops reshelving returned products.

I like the ability to return extra items without bothering with a receipt. Recently you have made that much more complicated.

Sales lady was wonderful. She told us so many variables that others didn't.

Everyone that I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable of the product I needed.

My wife and I were in last Fri we need a leafe sucker. We were going to purchase one. She informed me that the one online was cheaper ( since they didn't have one in stock) and it's a bigger one. It will be delivered mon or Tuesday and I couldnt be more happier. Only issue I have is i didn't get either of there names. To give them kudos

I ordered a leaf muncher online and chose the free delivery option. It was very simple and user friendly. I placed the order in the morning and by early afternoon of the same day, my product was delivered. Amazing!

I shop at more than a dozen Home Depots in my Handyman business. This is hands down the best customer service store in the area. Virtually every employee is willing to help and they follow through to get what is needed!

My experience with Home Depot at the SW store in Littleton has been inevitably positive. I enjoy just walking through the door. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and persistent helping to solve an issue when I've had one. I usually shop in person with a project scope that involves several components. I can always rely on good information from individual employees or Customer Service to help me find the materials I'm looking for or even a better material once they've heard what I need and how it will be used. I also shop online for delivery to my house in Denver or for pick up in the SW Littleton store. Online orders have been processed and delivered without complications. (Just one delivery complication to the Denver house. I called the SW store, explaining the problem. A customer service person came to my home to help me within a couple of hours. The solution for my problem was intelligent and timely. My loyalty to Home Depot is not misplaced.)

I really like this Home Depot better than the other ones close by.

My first time in this store for a couple years. There is a new attitude. I was actually asked if I needed help a couple of times. When I did ask for help it arrived promptly. I had a great experience.

Home Depot contracts with HOM Solutions for their flooring installation. I should have known it would be a mess. Just trying to order the flooring and the materials was a mess. HOM Solutions contractor showed up and removed the kitchen tile. The contractor found that he couldn’t remove the backer board without damaging the subfloor. He called up HOM Solutions and he was told to clean up and get your tools and your done. I was told HOM Solutions is unable to deal with mortar and backer board issues. I was left with a torn up kitchen because Home Depot chooses to use HOME Solutions who has a one star rating. Home Depot is to blame for this mess as much as HOM Solutions. Do not use Home Depot or HOM Solutions for your flooring remodel you will regret it like I did and many people who let HOM Solutions into their home. I was given no help from Home Depot or HOM Solutions on how to get the kitchen floor back together. I was left with a complete mess of a kitchen and I’m still trying to fix what HOM Solutions caused. Find a reputable handy man or flooring professional to do the work instead of the clowns HOM Solutions finds off the street. I have lost trust in Home Depot and will not trust Home Depot in ordering and installing anything again. HOM Solutions is an unprofessional and unethical business who would have kept my fee I paid for installation and just walking off the job. It’s obvious neither business cares about leaving the customer in a terrible position to fix the mess they caused.

Meet with her multiple times and each time she was professional and personable! She listened to our needs and applied what we wanted and what we could have in our new home.

The young lady working in the paint department today she gave me the wrong paint and she knew she gave me the wrong paint. I’m disgusted with the service. I’m disgusted with the attitude. I would not return to this Home Depot.

Our shopping experience at this specific store was amazing couldn’t have asked for more honestly trace went above and beyond to help my husband and I couldn’t be happier
