This is one of my favorite stores, I have the pro account, the app and I've spent over 5k so this would be great if I was selected

Today I purchased a riding mower. The were very helpful in preparing my purchase for delivery. Harold Lewis, Pro Department Supervisor prepaid my order personally.

My cashier was very because I had a new credit card account and we were having problems charging the card because it was just open. She did everything to get it done. My best experience at this Home Depot. She did a amazing job

I love that Home Depot is in the City of Detroit. I don't have to go on a road trip to get the items need. I have purchased a dishwasher, washer and a stove from Home Depot. Thanks for being in Detroit. Also, the service was Great. Thanks Robert!

I purchased top soil a mop and faucet for kitchen

Despite being one of the busiest stores - they were well stocked and staff was attentive.

I was in and out in about 40 minutes tops! Found everything in stock..and ready to purchase. Great Values and Deals! Terrific service from the young woman at customer service desk! Overall it was a splendid experience! Thanks

DETROIT 7 MILE/MEYERS Store #2781 Needs to be closed down....

Mr. Michael Matta, the appliance specialist, was very nice and knowledgeable about the washing machine he sold me. We had a very nice conversation and I appreciated it very much.

I shop here often. It gets busy in the mornings but overall I like this store. Friendly and often a few pennies cheaper than other Home Depot stores.

This is the best Home Depot. I ordered the wrong door and I had absolutely no problem bringing it back and getting the correct one. Everyone was helpful and I will be patronizing this Home Depot. Because I live right around the corner

Young Lady that I stopped in aisle to ask product info/location was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and even walked me directly to product while being asked and questioned by other patron. Really wish I had gotten her name because she was very professional, could tell that she enjoy her job and I appreciate her courtesy.

The young lady Damonique knew absolutely nothing about the products and set my delivery date further out than what I requested which was available. She seemed too busy tryna look cute to snag a man than to actually do her job. The amount of cheap body spray she had on was making my asthma act up. I waited 15 minutes for her to come to the appliance department after getting someone to help find the clerk for that department. She appeared finally carrying Christmas decorations that she was apparently shopping for while on the clock. No professionalism what so ever. When I got home and realized she put the wrong delivery date I called to see if I could have it corrected and she hung up on me 4x by the the time I was finally able to speak with her the delivery date i originally chose was no longer available! Can you say disappointment!! As long as they have ppl like this working at this location I will not be returning

You can never get help calling this particular Home Depot.

After a nightmare dealing with two failed delivery attempts for a simple refrigerator purchase, this location finally stepped up. They were at least empathetic, welcoming, and helpful, but honestly, it's the bare minimum after the mess I went through. Apologizing for the failed deliveries was the least they could do, considering how much of my time they wasted.

I was unable to use my Home Depot and I was treated like I was a criminal. ( I presented the identification required and also gave account information that only I would know and call several times to speak with someone from customer service fraud department. I was in the store for more than 1 and 30 minutes. Spoke to different managers and left the store with nothing and issue unsolved. Horrible way to start a business relationship, I don’t want to over react but I feel that I wasn’t treated like a priority or even like this incident matter to anyone. I would like to speak with someone on Customer relations

I'm there a couple times a week or more. If you know what you want and where it's at, it's great. If you need assistance things will slow down. Recently ordered a custom window; Teri, in windows, is excellent! Aside from the window services, if you order anything have it shipped to your house. The store will sometimes have it in the back and you'll be running in circles.

The inventory at this store is sometimes lacking things that I find at other Home Depot stores

I brought rollers to paint and they worked really great.
