I went to purchase a M12 Screwdriver set advertised for $20 less on the home depot website and I was told online prices are different from store prices and nothing can be done. This came from 2 different employees in the store. They made me waste 30+ minutes going back and forth and even made me make the purchase online and then cancel it only to end up giving me the advertised price. Honor your promotions and train your staff better to treat and understand customers and look for solutions instead of making me feel like I don’t know what I am talking about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and organized.....great parking...easy to enter exit the lot..we drive to Doral just to shop here. We live close to the Flagler store..5 minutes away..and rather drive to Doral.

Once I arrived at the store I was greeted by a gentlemen named Gibo. He greeted me and asked me if there was anything that I needed help with. I explained him my project and he then went with me to every aisle to get everything that I needed to start and finish my project. He then thanked me for shopping with Home Depot as he took me to self check out. Michael then took over and helped me checking out my items.

This store is absolutely amazing.

Merchandise being picked up at store missing parts(no more in stock) cashier helped by ordering for me online for an additional $8.00 delivery charge. Merchandise arrived next day missing same parts as the one in store. I had to drive to another store to return damaged merchandise and buy one that was in perfect condition from their inventory. Conclusion: I had to drive 40 min. to and from store in addition to paying $8.00 for delivery for a damaged product. NOT HAPPY!!

The manager in this store, Ron, is amazing! The cashiers in customer service are super helpful and friendly. I love coming to the store! They always have everything I’m looking for and help you in finding it. I was looking for a tiny knob for a lamp and we searched three isles and finally found it. Thanks for the assistance from your helpful team

The customer service at this Home Depot outshines all the others. They have been essential in helping us renovate our learning center for children with autism and related disabilities. Every time we come for materials they are eager to help and give us their suggestions on the products. Thank you Sonia for helping us today. Thank you store 3331 your team is incredible!

The Home Depot by the turnpike near Doral is the best place to shop

As a homeowner I often need to visit a hardware store for one reason another. Very thankful for this location because they usually have what I need, and the staff is always helpful when I am lost.

This is the only Home Depot where they truly have a customer service culture . If you are looking a place to shop with peace this is the right Home Depot

Don't trust this HomeDepot Store if working under a schedule, service is unreliable, they will change the delivery date with no explanation, and if you call, they will come up with excuses that are not true (not sufficient stoke, or deliver will be done from a closer store ( that is the nearest store) They couldn't care less for the customer.

I had a lady, sonia who helped me to get my stuff, assisted me with directions, options, etc

I did bought 50 bags of Mulch and no one help me to put them in my truck. They called like 5 times I came inside the store to ask for help after been waiting for 30 minutes and I have to returned everything very sad that no customer service was provided.

I went to buy paint and the paint department associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose the best paint for our project. Another employee was also very friendly and helped us choose items in the grills section. This store is not crowded and is the best HD in the area in regards to service

This store was well stocked with products I was looking for. Also I was able to find a store employee to help answer my questions and choose the right one. The prices are reasonable.

Store staff is great, but occasionally short staffed, exceptionally poor mobile reception, and no guest WiFi access which is inexcusable, this prohibits the use of Home Depot/Pro app, and/or communicating with job site.

ROSI WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. She made us laugh and made our time in Home Depot less stressful.
