Yolanda at this Home Depot is the Rudest person ever I have never been treated soo badly at any Home Depot store and I shop at Home Depot every single day

Our 8 year old son saved his allowance to buy this blower to make his chore of sweeping the deck easier. When the manager at Home Depot heard about Anthony's hard work, he discounted it to work within his budget. The manager's name was Saint! 🙏

This store is clean and very well stocked. Although I could not find an associate to help me with a door the customer service desk was amazing! Rhonda in customer service was super knowledgeable and friendly you! Thats how to get the job done right! Thank you!

I find myself shopping more at this location for my client materials no matter what side of town I am because of the ease of locating materials needed great professional staffs, cleanliness, orderliness and a big shout out to Supervisor Rushelle, she makes sure all pro Xtra problems gets resolved

Cashiers are knowledgeable about in store products. Price rang up more than it should’ve and cashier knew price was wrong and corrected it before I could ask. Great job THD. I’ll continue to shop at this location, not because it’s closer to my home but because the customer service hit every time..

Went into the Duluth Home Depot to get a spray can of Flex Seal. Found it with very little trouble. Was on a regular shelf and was able to get it without having to gain access to a locked shelf. Very handy and was in and out in a short time.

This store is my go to store for all my DIY needs . Hardware department has many knowable employed and shelves are usually well stocked and clean.

Everyone in the blind department were very helpful and professional. They all did a great job. From Zack, the sales rep to the measurer, to the installer. Superb.

Had to go into main entrance to Duluth store to buy a bale of wheat straw because the garden center was unstained and all the external access doors were chained up. Asked an employee in customer service why the garden center was closed and unstained. Didn`t get an answer. Was told to go out to a truck outside the garden center and wait for an employee to unlock the truck and bring out the bale of wheat straw which was water logged.

I bought RYOBI 40-Volt 6.0 Ah High Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery this weekend and it doesn’t hold charge. The item was given to me from a locked closet, opened (I’m assuming it was returned) and closed back using a clear tape. I’ll be returning the item with a plan to buy another brand. Please note this this a second battery I’m buying within 6 months for the sake issue.

I went into Home Depot Duluth GA to purchase moving boxes. I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance which I declined because I knew where the item was. Home Depot had all the boxes and box sizes I needed. If I need more moving boxes I will visit Home Depot Duluth GA.

Store #105 in Dulth, GA has excellent and courteous customer service. They assist you no matter if what you need is in their department/area or not. They will ask if you are finding everything that you need and even take the time to acknowledge your presence as you're passing by. The employe was very nice and patient with me because I don’t speak very great English and the language employee knew exactly what i was looking for.

Let just say I had a bad experience with an employee name (Hayli) who is on the receipt and he rolled his eye at me several time! I was going to put 0 star until Keduse help me load in my car who was sincerely sorry for my experience and he talked to me and made my day better!

Tarry was excellent. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. carefully explained to me almost everything and what's going to happen before and after purchasing. I left the store very confident on what's going to happen from now. I can't remember the last time I had this excellent service!
