The Durham Mt Moriah HomeDepot is the best run HD that I’ve visited. The team works together to help customers with advice, product selection, checkout and loading assistance (if needed). It is a well tuned high power engine!

My wife and I came in to check out outdoor furniture, one of the employees came to help us out ended up spending valuable time with us to make a decision.....

The sales cashier, Donna, was very helpful. She answered a lot of my questions about the product I was needing and also helped me find it.

There was only one lane open for checkout and was told there was no longer a self checkout option so they were all closed.

I appreciate this particular Home Depot. It always seems very clean and tidy. And in my most recent visit there was a staff person who went above and beyond in helpfulness, which I do not always experience with various businesses these days. The checkout cashier was very friendly as well. This store seems to really hire good people. And, of course, I like Home Depot in general, because they have a wide range of products that are reasonably priced.

I have been to multiple Home Improvement stores and this store is BY FAR the cleanest and friendliest store throughout the triangle. Dalton was a God Send. Every store needs a Dalton. Customer Service that went above any other stores. I will be back to this location even if I have to drive further to get there

I was looking for specific moving/packing items and the sales associate who was in that isle took time to assist me in finding what I needed and with a great positive attitude!

Perrin is such a great employee! So friendly and helpful. I hope you have some hours for the garden center through the winter. It's a pain to have to drag patio pavers and bags of stone through the store just to check out.

I was helped by Donna, the sales cashier. I was a cashier before. It is easy not to pay attention to your customer but she brought me a cart _I was in a hurry, and I did not know the ladder was heavy. I feel like the holiday spirit came back before the pandemic.

I purchased $12,000. in kitchen cabinets..This store has a very professional and knowl edgeable associate, named Wendy, that is an excellent cabinet designer.

Usually there isn't a standout problem at this store but yesterday every register and self checkout was closed with one exception. There was a LONG line of grumbling customers and when I reached the checkout station I inquired of the employee as to why there was only one open checkout when there was such a long line of obviously dissatisfied customers. Her response was 'new corporate policy'. I received the same reply each time I asked why.

I raise Bernese Mountain Dogs and saw my friends across the country posting pictures of these 3 foot Bernese Christmas statues. I was bound and determined to find them locally. It appeared that this store had a few in stock, but the shelf was empty. All of the different holiday statues were sold out. However, I went and spoke to an employee who said that the website often may not keep up with what is recently sold, but he would double check for me. After a few minutes, he found what I was looking for on a big pallet on a top shelf. He arranged for someone to get the pallet down and then sorted through it to find me the last two statues they had in the store. He easily could have dismissed me and said they don’t have them in stock, but instead went way above and beyond. I am thrilled to have my statues! Thank you Dalton.

I appreciate the exceptional customer service, especially when it comes to returning items I've purchased but no longer need. Today, my experience with Dalton at the returns desk was truly wonderful and efficient. As soon as I entered, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Throughout the return process, he continued to assist me with a cheerful attitude and a smile :)
