I appreciate the exceptional customer service, especially when it comes to returning items I've purchased but no longer need. Today, my experience with Dalton at the returns desk was truly wonderful and efficient. As soon as I entered, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Throughout the return process, he continued to assist me with a cheerful attitude and a smile :)

The manager answered my call, searched for, found and provided the item I needed. It was the ONLY ONE - EXCEPTIONAL, EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY and very, very, HELPFUL with a smile in her voice and on her face at 6:10 a.m.

I was planning to buy an induction cooktop at another big-box store, because they had it on display, but then I remembered I had a "Welcome new homeowner" coupon from Home Depot for a 15% discount, up to $200, for a single item. So I went to HD, discovered they'd honor the discount and ship the cooktop to my home for free! No brainer, I bought it. Lowest price available anywhere.

I usually return to this facility for my home product needs. Ample choice of products with a capable staff . The prices are in line.

I bought a saw saw and one employe was disrespectful .

This location does not train it's employees so be careful when you send your crew for supplies. If they check out with the "20 year employee" with a chest full of buttons she will refuse to accept your companies PRO card unless the CEO him/herself is present with ID.

I don’t usually love going to Home Depot. Or Lowe’s. Because I can never find anything. This time i walked in, an employee at the refund desk looked up to greet me, and he helped me find my item by walking me to the aisle. Then waited till I selected the item and walked back to process my sale. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Couldn’t imagine a better experience.

We bought a Samsung wall oven/microwave from Home Depot. They took care of the online order and the appliance was delivered on time and perfect condition. Home Depot also honored their promise of matching a competitors price even after the purchase was made and the product was delivered. The sales person and manager were polite and cooperative in all aspects of the sale and follow up questions and request.

Bob helped us with a total kitchen remodel project. He's wonderful to work with, has great recommendations, suggested some excellent design solutions, helped us stick within our budget. Installer Alex did a beautiful job with the cabinetry and kept in touch with us through the process. The kitchen looks fantastic and we're so appreciative to them both!

I went into the Home Depot store located at 3701 Mt. Moriah Rd Durham, NC. Staff person Dalton #59198 was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store and what I needed for my door lock at my home. He has awesome customer service skills. I plan to return to the store location upon needing further products for my home.

Recently at The Home Depot, I've bought a toilet seat, heavy metal shelves for equipment kitchen storage, and a drill for jewelry making. Every product and purchase experience has left me with happy memories because everything is 100 percent.

On 12/1/01/22 I had the pleasure of being assisted by not just one but two of your finest employees. I believe their name tags read Janice and Angela aling with the letters MET. I don't know what MET means but the hey were both totally pleasant, professional and informative. Perhaps they are temporary workers however you would do well to keep them around because I believe that they are truly helping doers get more done. I had an exceptional customer service experience.

Ty (one of the managers) was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and helped me accomplish exactly what I was trying to do by personally walking around the store with me so that I could find various items on my checklist. She gave very helpful recommendations and made me feel comfortable with the products that I was trying to purchase. There were so many items that I didn’t even know were available at Home Depot but everything was very reasonably priced and high quality. I will be back to this store again!!

If you are looking for custom blinds, do not use Home Depot. They contract a separate company that repeatedly sent us the wrong measurements until 11 months after paying (in full up front), we still had no shutters. Finally had to request a refund, which we were repeatedly told was "not company policy." No one took responsibility for the order they'd charged us for, which we never received.
