Very friendly employees.... Seemed like they liked their jobs

I left a plumber (being paid by the hour) to complete work while I went to the store and picked up a part for him to install. I was in a big hurry. I was correctly directed to the correct area, met by an associate who called a person to assist me. The person helping me identified the part I needed, based on the old part I handed to him, and quickly found it on the display. I checked myself out and was out in a flash. I even got home before the plumber finished his part of the job. I was very pleased. I love going to Home Depot to shop for garden supplies and to look at the displays. I am considering new appliances and Home Depot will be the first place I look.

We had a pleasant experience at this store the associates were friendly and approachable.

I went to the store in June 1st and I had a really bad experience with a cashier, she was rude and no polite, she reaised her voice at me, I had to tell her to keep her voice down at me, I told her that she was really loud and she does not need to scream at me!!!!

Lots of choices of plants for summer garden and they all look healthy. While looking at bird feeders, an associate asked if I needed help and I automatically said no but then asked where the S hooks were. He know what aisle and where on that aisle I could find them (and they were there!). Then as I was about to start unloading, 2 associates approached and didn't even ask if I needed help, just started loading my car up. Since i had 2 of the biggest bags of soil to lift, it was an AMAZINGLY kind gesture.

The layout of the garden center makes it easy to get around.

Lawn and Garden was well organized and clean. I placed my items on a flatbed cart that had a bad wheel which made it quite difficult to push but I managed to get it to my vehicle and unload it. The check out process had more questions than I was aware of and the cashier snapped at me to answer the question on the screen which pertained to ' do you wish your receipt e-mailed to you '? I was not expecting that question but I wasn't expecting to be snapped at either for not being familiar with home depots check out system.

I was able to get in and out with exactly what I needed. The associates are very knowledgeable of various products and services.

I went to the store in Carmel, 106th & Michigan only to discover they don't sell fencing, some kind of Carmel rule. I had to go out of my way to another store. Makes me very curious what kind of rule prevents a private business from selling merchandise. I live in Indy so it make no sense to me.

I've come to know many of the associates here by name because I've been in the store so much in recent months--they are always helpful and provide wonderful service to help me find exactly what is needed....thanks, Home Depot!

The help in the store from associates on the knowledge of how to do things and what I needed was really helpful in doing the job I had to do.

I was expecting to be overwhelmed by my shopping experience today because I was looking for lawn care equipment and products. I dreaded the experience! However, I was immediately greeted by Vicki. She was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. She helped me with every aspect of lawn care: lawn mower, weed and feed, trimmers, etc. She is the TRUEST example of what an employee should be. A great customer experience tops all other aspects of a shopping experience. It positively impacts the overall score...

The store was very adequate and clean, but the helpful and friendly , not to mention knowledgeable, associates was what made my visit very pleasant. I had every question answered, was directed correctly to part of the store I was looking for, and helpful in selecting items I needed to purchase

I found what I was looking for in the well layout floor plan. The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful

I was pleased with the variety of refrigerators available. The delivery is in a very timely since our refrigerator could not be repaired.

The store itself wasn't the cleanest store, but there were some great associates that helped out and they were very nice and available right when I needed the help! I didn't even have to look around the store. That made the cleanliness of the store not seem like a problem. I would definitely recommend anyone to the store. I loved it!

I need help in finding items to help me clean my dusty garage and restore my lawn. I was directed in the right area and I also had help in finding tools that I needed to restore my lawn by an associate. The store was very clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and aware of what was I needed. I also had several choices to to choose from. I appreciate all the help from Kehinde and Nazareth.

I was very happy with the help that I received in lawn and garden. The associate Hal was very helpful.

The store organization is bad. For example I looked in lawn and garden for paper lawn bags but didn't find any. Then when I finally found an associate was told to look in aisle 44 and was directed to back of store. Aisle 44 is not in back of store but to left side (south side of building). However didn't find bags there either. Another associate said to look in next aisle but was too busy flirting with associate to show me. Finally the associate he was flirting with said she knew where the product was and took me them. Instead of there being 366 available there was only one pack. The associate who directed me to aisle 44 in back of store called someone to bring more to me but after waiting five more minutes he came to front where bags were located because he didn't understand he was supposed to pull more bags down. Instead of looking for other item I wanted to purchase I decided to leave. I have never had a more dysfunctional store experience.
