After a long week of stressful work, I made a stop on my way home to this Home Depot. I was welcomed and treated with such warmth and friendliness, especially from Madline, who made my shopping experience stress free and easy. Thanks!

I purchased an appliance and when it got delivered I find out there is an extra charge to have your old appliance removed. I spoke to the supervisor, who answered the phone "hello," as if I am not calling a place of business, who placed me on hold without letting me know, just to pass the buck to the delivery company which is an outside contractor when they were not responsible for educating me about all the fees. Then I spoke to the store manager letting her know I did not feel my complaint was taken serious and she stated there was a note stating I spoke to the supervisor and he would let the employee know. How would a customer know what is happening if the supervisor did not inform me of anything but a number to call. The manager stated they don't tell the customers things like that and she offers a $50 refund on a $745 purchase. My issue was not rectified and I still have to come out my pocket. The clearly don't care about customer service, they made a mistake and should have called their contractor, paid the fee, and rescheduled them to come back out as soon as possible.

I would like to see the reserved parking stalls marked PURPLE HEART remarked VETERAN. I boil over when I see people TRY to fake their way as a Purple Heart Recipient. It's also easy to spot. In Indiana, POW & Purple Heart receive their plates for free and they are so marked.

The women working in the Paint area wear they make the Paint she acted like I was bothering her when I ask to get a gallon on paint!

Selection. Overall store organization. Both great. But we were blown away by the amazing kindness and assistance from your associate named Keisha, who was called to customer service moments before taking her lunch break. Keisha spent 20 minutes helping us with a special cabinetry order during a very busy time, and even helped find us locate a helpful discount we were entitled to but didn't know about before inquiring. Too many people in retail these days would have kept on going, but Keisha came to our aid with a big smile on her face. Quite a wonderful person.

This was one of the worst Home Depot shopping experiences I have ever had. The item was not in the area the website said it was, the employees were of no help, long lines to check out. No way I will return to this store...too bad I couldn't give less than a score of 1....

No matter what I have needed from a AC/HVAC unit to Refrigerators your employees have been so helpful. I'll beback for my next project. Thanks Again.

Call in advance to ensure the items you need are in stock. Ask them to physically check the shelves as the information on-line is faulty.

I do not plan to go to this store again. I politely asked for assistance in the plumbing section twice. I patiently waited for assistance for over 30 min. Multiple employees walked by me numerous times and never asked if I needed assistance. As stated I did ask for help in that section 2x, and it was requested via the overhead. However no one ever came, I finally left without purchasing the item I was looking for.

The Staff here at this store is extremely kind and helpful, always ready and willing to assist you. Great layout and easy to figure out where everything is, nice and clean and well kept. You could NOT ask for a better Home Depot store.

The cashier, REYNA, needs training on how to provide customer service. She was rude and unapologetic for taking another customer out of turn when I approached her first for processing a return.

i have shopped at this store since it opened and every encounter has been pleasant. all products are easily located or there is a helpful associate readily available to assist. unlike a competitors store, i have never been told, "i don't work in this department" on each visit the store is clean and organized, aisles are clutter free and/or barricaded if some activity is ongoing.

This store normally has what you are looking for. 90% of the employees are exceptional. If you run into one of those in the 10% range, it is not long before you are engaging with one of their best.

THE STORE SEEMS CLUTTERED, OLD AND OUTDATED. SOME OF THE TEAM MEMBERS COULD USE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REFRESHER AND NEED TO BE MORE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. BEING LOCATED IN A BAD AREA DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO BE RUDE TO EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WALKS IN.

Items are in stock, just as promised on the website. Staff is helpful in offering assistance without being pushy. Always a great experience.

I just needed a microwave and i found a great selection and great customer service. And the store and parking lot are well lit. I enjoyed my experience.

Always great assistance from employees. If I have any problems, the Mgrs. ALWAYS make it right. A pleasure to do business with Home Depot at Eagle Creek.
