I always shop the Brea location because the associates there are friendly, inviting and they always keep the shelves full of the products I need

The Depot takes care of all my home project needs. To be totally honest, I spend more time at The Depot than I do with my buddies. I realized one important fact about home projects… there is a specialized tool for every job!! And that specialized tool makes the job so much easier!

I have been coming into this store since it opened. In the last few years, i have had the pleasure of getting to know Sergio in the electrical department and I always appreciate when he is there. If i have any need that i cant take care of myself he is there to help. He always greets you with a smile and friendly attitude and that is appreciated.

The brea store has more items than other home depot. The store layout is a little crazy. Different isle numbers are hidden behind other isles. Just takes longer to find things.

I really enjoy the staff at Home Depot , Paul, Mike, Ernesto and Jorge , they are a partner in our business and are a good supplier for my project needs.

The staff was wonderful in accommodating an unforeseen barrier. We may have had to return the item but luckily, we were able to bring it home!

Scott at Pro Xtra was not only very helpful with my Milwaukee M18 tool purchases—but is very knowledgeable and friendly!

La Habra store didn’t have the light I wanted but they told me that the Brea store had them, never been there before, I thought it was very nice and organized

They were out of 4” fha heater cap, other than that everything was great.

I've never had any problems and people are helpful.

Since moving to Brea, I have naturally switched to this store, and it has always been good shopping experience for me. The store is well run with the parking lot and its departments in good order. I have also had helpful employees to answer questions, and when they are not right there, I could take them to Customer Services at the entrance, and they would find out for me, or have someone help me on that. Your La Habra store, the one I am leaving behind, was also very helpful when I was a regular there. I will try to look for more to do with Home Depot. I am a fan of your founders who clearly had the mindset of helping customers and managed to convince his hires to do the same. It is not easy to build an institution like HD. Congratulations!!

Today I purchased wood mulch. Laid it out on my front patio.watched a Home Depot YouTube video.was fairly simple.i also bought a flashlight that hooks on to your keychain or belt buckle for work. Love it, got several compliments it’s very strong lighting. Thank you for having great products.at a great price will be back for more mulch on the back patio project. Great price 3 bags for $10 bucks.

Due to the item that I purchased is for my rental property which is 250 miles of this store and a complicated transaction, it was taken care of by the appliance salesperson in just 15 minutes, the same transaction took Lowe 2 days and not able to do it. it is a night and day comparison. great job Home Depot.

The store was lit up with Christmas decor. I thought this was a magical wonderland. Halloween stuff was all on sale. Got my wring for the Christmas lights was on sale and best prices.

I have purchased many items from this location over the years both for personal and professional needs. Just finish purchasing a new washer/dryer combo a the sales associate was professional from start to finish. They were just delivered and installed today and are working perfectly. Thank you for always being there and for the competitive prices.

I've enjoyed shopping at this store in the past, however they have gone to an all self checkout process. It is a real hassle with cut goods and lumber. Not worth the hassle!

I always find any items that I look for online at this location. I can look for Isle and Bay of my selected product on line and be confident that they are at that location every time.

This Home Depot has one of the best Garden Centers. The plants are plentiful, displayed beautifully and this Garden Center is always neat and tidy. Great Job Brea Home Depot.

Self checkout sucks and leaves customers open to theft charges if they mess up. Stop being cheap and open up the registers with humans.

Even I provided my driver’s license to the two locations of Home Depot, they got my name wrong once I received the credit card. I placed an order, they got my address wrong, my credit did not get to apply on the order, shipped to the wrong location for pickup. Frustrating with Home Depot.

Oops paint, damaged and marked down lumber, Clearance section and half off struggling plants. This location has what you need and as mentioned above you might also find a diamond in the rough.

The East Brea location does not seem to have the same amount of stocked products as Placentia or La Habra locations

I enjoyed the assistance of Joe in electrical and Nakita in Customer Service . These two helped me to secure the needed materials for this major outdoor over haul . These materials included outdoor lighting , ceiling fans , as well as patio amounting heaters . I am grateful for the time and expertise that these two lent me on Sunday, July 21, 2024 .

Don't come here. The employees are extremely unhelpful!
