It was hot and miserable but Aidan working returns was still happy and cheerful to do his job. It made my experience way better today

While not stocked specific for contractors, this store has contractor supplies though contractors that need more special items need to go to La Habra or Placentia. More for the consumer and DIY person. Some employees are very knowledgeable but others are not.

Nathaniel, had a lot of patience while trying to find my receipt from an on line purchase along with two other customer service associates. For some reason they could not find it; however my wife was able to find the receipt and gave Nathaniel the proper info & Nathaniel did a fine job with his patience and I was able to return a malfunctioned product. It was my second time going to Home Depot for the day. It was late when I had to return to the store and I was tired. Nikita, the sales associate immediately greeted me and asked it I needed help which I did. She asked me a few questions and directed me where I needed to find the item I was looking for. She was a great help.

I had a great experience today at the East Brea Store! I just came in for a gift card but I left with a Pro Account & my gift card. She asked what the card was for and when she found out it was business related Scarlett told me about the Pro Account! I signed up right away! Whenever I go to the East Brea Home Depot, it's always clean. The great thing is that there are enough service people to offer help when I need it. Particularly helpful are the folks at the Service Desk. They have made returning items so reasonable. They make good use of their electronic record keeping, and that makes making an exchange for another product a breeze!

I love coming to the store out of the 3 Home Depot stores I visit. It is very organized, clean, and the employees are helpful. This is truly a professional team working at this Home Depot.

I took my husband shopping for a new barbecue. He knew what he wanted. We went to Home Depot East Brea location. We always find what we are looking for at that location. It’s further from our house, however the friendly service and items in stock are worth the trip. This trip was no different. When we began to look at the barbecues, immediately a salesperson came to offer help. Upon checking the computer, she found there were none on the floor. We were directed to the customer service desk. One person helped us determine the necessary parts to connect it, while the other helped have it brought down from storage. We paid and two gentlemen help load it in our car. Quick and easy we have just what he wanted! Thanks Home Depot!

I bought a a ceiling fan and had a problem and the person that was great

I specifically asked for a quart of semi gloss Black paint to do some touch ups on my door. When I got home and opened the can of paint it was White! Needless to say I was very upset because it was a total waste of time, money, cost of gas, and paying someone to do the job and now having to return to Home Depot and return the product! I called and spoke with Hugo & explained the situation. Hugo was very understanding and said that he would make it right because Home Depot wants Satisfied Customers. I returned the white paint and Hugo stepped up and gave me what I needed. Thank You Hugo; you will go far in the Home Depot world because you know how to deal with customers and the general public. I had a great and fun time shopping at this Home Depot. When I was returning a couple of items, Aidan and One greeted me and joked about they fight over who gets to help the next customer first. That made me laugh like crazy! I then had a question about water heater, and Chris provided me with such detailed information! Their positive vibes made my shopping experience so wonderful!

I found plants thar are difficult to find and homedepot have them. All make all my shopping for paint, doors any tool that o need for my projects I homedepot and great prices

It wasn’t a particularly challenging purchase, it was just noticeably warm and generous. In particular, Ali in the paint department and Lily at the cash register were exceptionally helpful and nice. Made my day.
