I purchased appliances that were not currently in stock but Joanna made the purchase pleasant and easy.

I went to visit searching for items I could not locate. I asked for assistance and immediately the agent began to have a bad attitude. I just wanted to purchase items for a gift but I didn't want to buy anything. If you do not like condescending people with bad attitudes, I would not recommend this location!

Linda the Cashier was super helpful when I was trying to figure out where to check out with my big flatbed shopping cart. Super friendly too. Thank you!

I purchased this lawnmower on May 22, 2024. I was greeted by a very pleasant and polite individual. He went out of his way to help me and I was very appreciative of it. If every sales person was like this young man they would have no problems in getting people to purchase the items, I congratulate this young man for his patient his attitude and just overall being courteous

There are so many wonderful items that I can purchase at HD to either repair or maintain my home. Also, the garden center is so well stocked and well priced that I can just spend my time walking around and being tempted to purchase plants, plants and plants!

We bought a gas grill, locked up in front of the store. Checkout was fine but it too 45 minutes in the pouring rain to get the grill unlocked for loading. Husband had to go into the store 3 times to get someone’s attention to unlock it. It was pouring rain and apparently no one knew where the key was or who was supposed to unlock it. All this while we saw other tools sold outside unlocked and loaded after they were sold. This is ridiculous and husband was soaking wet, ruined our afternoon. Cashier was great, even requested someone to unlock at point of purchase, NO RESPONSE! It was sale number 3828 00010 59583 5/9/24 12:59 pm cashier: Jan. We won’t be back!

I was helped by a young man named Keayon in the lumber department today. He went above and beyond assisting me with all of the wood I needed. Great customer service and friendly, really appreciated his help!

I encounted about seven associates on a recent trip to the Gahanna, Ohio, store, and each of them was very helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Our cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions for our mulch purchase with regard to pet safety and dyes in mulch. Then, we offered to help load our mulch and the gentlemen worked together to get our order and I did not have to lift a finger! Great, friendly customer service! Thank you!

I had such a pleasant visit to Home Depot. Ginny the clerk at the paint station was a pleasure to work with She made me feel that my small project was a great idea.

I'd recommend this store location to anyone who asks. The staff are very courteous and personable. Everything I need for my home can be found here without wiping out my bank account.
