Went for a Cyber Monday sale since they had it in store for pick up, i was there for two hours, plus Trying to communicate with the employees what the sale was after time Wasted, they finally decided to call the General manager Katie. She came over and herself, didn’t know what the sale was after showing her proof of many pictures of sales and other customer receipts, and all the information needed. She declined to honor the online price because her store Goal wouldn’t be met if she price matched online. very selfish in my opinion, they are there to serve the customer not to met store goals.

Home Appliance Department team especially Alena was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about products and services.

I purchased a high end range from Zeline from your store, was quite shocked to hear that your manager would NOT honor the agreement Zeline and Home Depot on the 30 day return when delivered if a problem accrues. Not very professional of Home Depot.

Started a project to replace my doors in August we are in November and still having issues with the doors. I had to send some back because they were damaged, when I spoke to the the pro desk person in charge, Irene, she was annoyed the at I brought up the issue and tried to put the blame on me. Finally had the damaged door reorderd twice and still waiting for a response.

I bought several items including a pack of batteries that cost me14.00, as i approached my car I noticed that I had left them on the counter. I ran back inside the store, but they were no longer there. I'm sure the employee walking back and forth had to of seen something. Bad experience

Looking for an item at certain bay.. but no employees around to help. When there was one he decided to walk away to another aisle to avoid contact.

Need more associates on the floor and cashiers for better coverage to assist customers at all times. Customers get very disappointed in Home Depot when they have to wait for hours to get assistance, they leave and very seldom come back. Associates are the first point of contact.

The customer service has been very rude and very unknowingly of their work position. I think they should hire more adults for customer service rather than young people a lot of them are very rude and entitled specially at this location, story rd san jose California

i picked my color before i went to HD to place my order (15 min) at the paint counter and waited in lien to pay (15 min) but the cashier was clueless so another associate went to paint department to get the correct SKU so I can pay and I did. 3 dyas later my ahndyman came to pick up and they were stock pain (NO COLOR ADDED as ordered)...he then had to complain at paint dept and they mixed then and there. he picked up after waiting another 20 min. TODAY (5 days after the initial order was placed) I got a call from that same same HD asking when I am going to pick up the paint !!! I had to call my handyman (10 min of my time) to confirm if he does have the paint of correct colors and he laughed so hard ....he said HD is really screwed up.

Salesman at paint counter confirmed my order of 3 exterior color then gave me 3 SKU to pay so he would start mixing the paints. Cashier could not find the item n another associate walkver to paint counter to get correct SKU. I paid the 3 days later my handyman pick up but customer service gave him gallons of stock no-comor paints. He has to go to paint counter to complain and wsit 20-25 min to have paint mixed. Total time between me n my handyman to get the paint was over 2 1/2 hours and it should never take that long

I buy items return two items the following day with receipt and Home Depot not willing to give me a full refund only offer store credit. Unacceptable! This happened twice in two days only store credit

great hours for when those jobs require parts or tools after everyone else is closed!

Do not come here if you need help from the workers. They have an unprofessional attitude towards customers and they are unwilling to help. Most of the female employees were not friendly or helpful, and it seemed like I was the one annoying them for asking for their help.

I took back an item for bathroom handle for older family members and purchased too many. Return was no problem.

i bought a smaller size electric self push. Great mower. Too bad I had to wait for an hour to get the mower box cage unlocked,

I have shopped at this 6672 home depot for many many years. I always find what I need and some and I am grateful when they load my cart and my car with items that are heavy.

Worst place to shop. Prices are higher than other Home Depot. Employees are rude and not at all helpful. say they don't have the product and then look around more and I eventually found product myself

I can never get anyone to help me with a problem. They just tell me an aisle number and send me off. Even if I go to customer service and request help, they call for help, and no one every shows up. Horrible store. Avoid at all cost.

Came in for a B-air fan, couldn’t find it. Once I finally did i decided to do self check out. An associate comes up to the guy behind me and says to the guy “ would you like for me to take that up to the register, since that item looks heavy” mind you I’m 8 months pregnant and first in line, it blew my mind how inconsiderate that was.

I can't say enough good things about my Home Depot experience in San Jose. I am doing a complete remodel of my childhood home and shop at the store at least three times per day. Every visit is a success! Bravo to the entire Home Depot Team!

I ordered in beginning of August, 2021 complete flooring (material + labor). I was told the installation will be scheduled once material arrives. I waited for materials to arrive (09/23/21 it arrived), I was told installer will call for scheduling. Installer calls and give me date of 12/15/2021 . Homedepot charged me full money in August and they told me in Oct, sorry we cannot do it before Dec, 2021. When I asked to cancel the order, they told me they will deduct 15% restocking fee .

Staff is very helpful!
