This is the worst store ever to get in touch with someone if you have a problem or a question with a purchase. I have called them numerous times over the past week to discuss a delivery problem and issue with a reimbursement. I have been on hold for about 20 minutes each time and if someone does answer the phone, they put you on hold again to talk to a manager. I have been hung up on by this process at least five times and only one time have I spoken to a manager who assured me she would take care of my issue and she did not. It is very frustrating.

Poor poor customer service - if you can visit another store. I went in to purchase some lightbulbs, the box holding the bulbs was out of reach. Asked 3 associates near by for assistance, all said "not my aisle" and they would page, waited, asked another associate, same thing not my area, asked another, not my area. Went to the desk and asked for the manager, she did not even look up from her computer screen, said she would page someone. Another 10 minutes finally someone came, reluctantly said they would need to find a ladder and stood there as if waiting for me to say never mind. I said ok I will wait, she sighed and got the ladder and my light bulbs. the check out was all self service, half not working, line was very long while 4 associates stood there in case anyone needed help.

Filthy Parking lot, poorly stocked shelves & bins, mixed stock, nearly impossible to find a helpful employee.

This is one of the largest Home Depot's in our area and Helene in carpeting was over the top helpful in searching for the items shown in inventory but not on the sales floor shelves. She found ALL the items we were looking for at 4 other HD stores. I would consider shopping at this location again, even though it isn't the closet HD to our home. Helene ROCKS!

Luis from the Plumbing Department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Helped make my experience a positive one and will return!

I have stated how well we were treated by employees and staff at Home Depot in previous questions of this survey. This store of the 3 I have shopped at in San Jose has been the most courteous, friendly and professionally helpful.

They’re the best! Don’t go anywhere else!

Awesome experience today. My wife and I went to the store, knew what we wanted but clueless where to start looking. A sweet gentleman named Edgar came over, he introduced himself and took us around to our product. The entire time he was friendly, in a genuine way. He was with us for a while and then took us right to the register. The lady there, Valeria, was equally friendly and even answered some questions about the return policies. We were able to get what we needed and felt very impressed to share how nice they were.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. Helpful and friendly staff. #1 store in San Jose. :)
