I have been to most of the Home Depot stores in San Jose and I consistently receive the best customer service at the Story Rd store. I recently came in to buy some tile for a bathroom. I asked for help in recommending what to use on the corners of the tile and the lady that helped me was fantastic. Her recommendation was exactly what I was looking for. She was patient and friendly. I also received great customer service from Bruce when I placed and order online. Overall, the customer service at the store is outstanding.

I have a great experience when I visit Home Depot cause people is friendly, I always find the things I need to fix my home, comparable prices or match prices stores is clean bathrooms are clean cashiers are nice and all this makes my day easier in an environment like that. I am in the Real estate business so I always suggest my friend and client to go and get good prices and all they need to Home Depot.

One need not worry about finding the correct size and materials for home gutters. Great selections to choose from. Home Depot has everything you need to install gutters to your home. Couldn't find a better place for acrylic caulk for the home. Different brands of caulk for various uses of the home is plentiful and reasonable at Home Depot.

Both store manager and employees lack of proper managerial and on the job training.

When the store first opened it was really great. Lots of products and orderly since that time I have one down two times to get items and not very happy with trying to find the items. One time was attempting to get screws and bolts. The screws and bolts were all mixed up. I finally gave up and went over to Orchard Supply. I talked with an associate who understood my frustration, but said he didn't have enough time to straighten out. I went in today to get a new drain field product and the connecting pieces were not readily available. I had to climb around to actually find some. As the store matures it feels like it is going down since there isn't enough time spent on keeping shelves stocked and orderly. Also need to work on store parking lot. Kind of dirty with litter.

The stocking and cleaning crew is A WHOLE LOT more helpful than the sales staff. One Star for the Stocking Crew. Just looking for a Sales Associate to help is like a Role Playing game that never ends. They will just keep sending you around until 1.) You get tired and leave 2.) For some dumb LUCK you find another customer willing to help. However, cashiers are super friendly, cordial, and informative. One Star for them.

Sometimes if I need help to pull out the items, it's so very hard to locate an employees to seek help.

Very clean and organized. Had no problem looking for the items that I needed in the garden section.

I was very impressed how polite, friendly and knowledgeable the entire staff was and how they made sure to help me through the store actually walking through the isles until we found what my husband and I needed and not just pointing to isle number but ensuring we found what we needed. Our shopping trip was fast and easy. We also used a coupon on our phone and that was just as easy. Overall this is a clean and friendly store.

Each and every time I visit Home Depot, I always find what I need. As a homeowner this is especially important in order to keep my home at an orderly stance. i have found that the East San Jose Home Depot is by far the most helpful store I have visited with knowledgeable sales associates and patient cashiers.
