This is the most unprofessional location ever! They should be shut down immediately.
I purchased a Resin shed on the 28th of August. I paid for delivery and this is where it was left!

      Angela, the little Ray of sunshine!
      Upon cashing out at my most recent visit, Angela greeted me and commented on a plant I was purchasing for my new home. She was friendly, engaging and full of information. She’s exactly what I want to experience during my many Home Depot runs, a bright spot in the day. Thank you for making me smile and telling me about the survey, will come in very handy with my new place (fingers crossed).

                  Wanted to give a “shout out” to Noni, who was working the customer service desk today. (5/4/25). I wanted to buy a patio table and chairs, but realized package was too big for me to take home. Stopped at the “Returns” desk and told Noni my problem and what I wanted to do, not knowing where I should go. She expedited the whole process herself, from purchasing the items I wanted, and getting my discount approved, to finally arranging for a home delivery, tomorrow! Outstanding! It was a busy day, but she was calm and collected, and called for any information she needed to complete my order. She never seemed rushed and most importantly, she was professional and friendly the entire time. Thank you for such a rewarding experience. Makes me want to return soon.

                    I bought materials and no one offered help to help and I am using a Cain the just look at me and also a vet. Did not offer to help

                      It was kinda crazy when there was no key, the manual was in a bag of water, the choke bent and battery rusted. You did try to make it right by sending out a non manufactured key and a half printed manual from your computer. I'm not for sure I got the $100 "inconvenience" credit. Anyway, finally get the key put it in the lawn mower and the battery is of course dead. Called the 1800 number like I was supposed to do, they called the store. The store said my only option was to return and then reorder if I still wanted it. After all that you want me to go through the process again? I was also told they couldn't pick it up with gas in the tank (it came with gas in there). I'm not sure if I got a used model or a really dirty floor model. I thought I could just fix the problem myself today and get a battery, all the stores in my area are out of them. Imagine that. The one I was sold was to big. So after wasting 4 more hours today it still sits dead battery and all. Maybe it's all for the best and it's just not meant to be. Thank you for not caring and just trying to cover your tracks.

                        Incompetent system Home Depot had. Delivery drivers lie about going to addresses to drop off purchased items. Management is apathetic. Acts like you should give unintelligent delivery tdrivers multiple times to find your house and deliver nearly 2000 in purchases. They don’t care ever missed delivery costs me 400 plus in daily wages sitting at house for a non delivery. Store also is not able to correctly contact non frontal load delivery drivers to tell them to got to right address for delivery. It’s all just a sad sick joke. Home Depot doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Or hire managers or delivery drivers that have any degree of common sense.

                                I was able to purchase some paint and have it saved under my phone number, just in case I needed more of the same paint. Do you know that the following week I needed the same paint and was able to get it without bringing the paint back to get the same color?

                                  Poor quality merchandise.
                                  Bought 2 HVAC 90’s, they will not form 90’s . I had to go buy replacements from Johnstone Supply. Most employees don’t know what they are selling.

                                      As we all know, it it sometimes very difficult to find what you are looking for at Home Depot. The employees at this store walked down aisles with me and made sure I did not leave without the product I was looking for. Very good costumer service.

                                              Awesome Experience!
                                              Shout out to JeanBernard aka JB aka Guy with the Cool Glasses for helping me get a washer and dryer ordered as it was towards the end of the night and everyone in that department had already gone home for the night. He walked past and asked if I was doing ok and I told him I actually needed to place an order, so he jumped right in to help me. This honestly was awesome to see a Store Manager so involved. I come from many years of working in retail and it is a lot less common to see upper management actually jump in vs just delegate/pass off the task. I guess that is where being a leader and not just a manager comes in and he is a leader, leading by example. I look forward to many more trips to Home Depot on Victory Drive as I continue to make my house, into a home that I love.

                                                  Management and corporate will not respond after three years
                                                  I’ve spoken with two different managers over a three-year period and I’ve contacted corporate and still no response. What I have issue with is that Home Depot is utilizing handicap spaces for their products. Pallets of sod and a semi tractor trailer filled with pine straw is blocking handicap spots near the nursery location and for the last three years they put up their Christmas tree tent blocking 4 spots. When I first notified management of this issue, the response was they painted over one of the handicap spots and took the sign down. When I finally contacted corporate a year and a half, they assured me that the problem would be rectified, and it has not been rectified!!! I’m gonna go ahead and have what ever manager that is working the day the city officials show up have them cited and have a judge decide on this issue. Im fed up with this issue with this store and being a disabled veteran I find it despicable that Home Depot puts sales over handicap individuals

                                                      Exceptional employees!
                                                      I came to pick up an online order and Jeffrey and Antonio assisted with loading them. Jeffrey observed that one of the plywood was concave and asked about my project, I stated it was subfloor and he advised that while initially the plywood would work tilt would eventually lead to the board pulling up the nails in the floorboard. He and Antonio took the time to take the plywood back and find a suitable one. They loaded on my van with the rope I supplied and then got exact tie down to ensure it was secure. Needless to say I wanted to tip them considering the time and expense they saved me but both refused and stated that this was simply a part of their job!!! It is rare to find this level of customer care and service!! Definitely a five star experience!

                                                        Item scanned for more than the price marked on the shelf.
                                                        Stopped in for what I thought would be a quick stop in to buy a bad of soil. It scanned for $11:97 rather than the $10.97 which was marked on the shelf. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the one associate by the self-checkout to make the adjustment. To top the trip off the particular register didn’t print receipts so waited for the associate to fix it. What should have been a 10 minute stop evolved to 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable. I wonder how many customers bought that soil and paid more than the price marked?
