We shop here frequently and we have never ran into an issue with merchandise or with staff.

This store is a great place to go if you want to cultivate an anger problem. If you werent annoyed and having a bad day, this place will make that happen for you. Items out of stock, items in stock but missing, employees missing, registers broken, everything is dirty, the bathroom looks like gorillas live there and more. If you make the mistake of asking an employee to assist you, get ready to be treated like you kicked their dog and called their mother a degenerate. There are a few polite people who work herr but they are few and far between. Good luck

I bought a 1 1/2" Plastic wing nut test plug for a metal pipe that measured 1 3/4" on the E.D. The plug fit great and was tight and secure when I was done with it. It was easy to install, easy to use and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Bought a Door Guard 4" safety sleeve to repair a broken door. Door measures 1-3/8th" so I bought the corresponding sleeve. After repairing the door, I sanded it a little and the sleeve fit like a glove. Was easy to install and looked good as well.

Love seeing a team work together to get a job done I came with questions and they worked quickly to assist me and give me answers i needed to get my job done

On this particular Sunday, I was thrilled that the store was open late in the afternoon and had, in stock, just what I needed. Thankful for available stock to suit my needs. Keep up the great work!!

I normally receive great customer service from this location, but today the cashier at the pro service check out was not being the best representative for the Home Depot. She was rude and short with me and literally every time she had to punch in my nuts and bolts purchase would exclaim how angry and annoyed she was with having to check in every single nut and bolt. And that she have to do it 9 times. Which I’m not a monster I understand that that is a frustratingly tedious process. But after the second time it’s just over kill. But aside from that the selection was great and the associates at the return area were great

For years I have been shopping at Home Depot and always used my Military ID for my discount. TODAY I was told by the cashier and Customer Service > NO APP , NO DISCOUNT . This is WRONG especially for those with No Phone or a Flip Phone

I set a floor measure for a specific day. When the guy came to measure he gave a story about how he could not do it because the floors were not bare and there may be problems. Can you imagine having to take your carpet out so they can measure and then install it 3 weeks later? So 10 days later I finally get another person to come measure. This guy gets it all done no problem. I get a call from Home Depot saying that my stuff is ready come talk to the rep in flooring. So I go the next day and the kind lady says that nothing is there... Okay. I come the next day and still nothing. So I ask the lady that is helping me if I can speak to the store manager. She pages them... Pages them again while we are working on a quote for other things I need. still no response... Pages them again... Finally she says. I have heard them talking to each other an aisle over, I'll go point them out... Amazing.

Check for receipts at the door NOT after hollering at customers in the parking lot.

Great location, hours, and items in stock with good support staff and guidance and good help at self check out.

Doors that were purchased at this store were later stolen from job site. I walked into Home Depot to pick up something else and the doors where there at the returns counter. I informed the store that they were our stolen doors. Thief was given store credit, so they know exactly who did it. Home Depot resold the doors. We now have to purchase more doors. Apparently crime does pay and the manager didn't even bother to address the issue or even apologize as "the crime" didn't happen on store property.

Ive shoped at this location twice in the past couple of weeks. Employees were very helpful on both occasions.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Gregory cut down my metal drawer slides for me! He really went above and beyond to help me.

Garden center team is always helpful

I had a horrible experience with the installers taking a part of the microwave that they could not install. First two managers I spoke with were less than helpful and even lied to me. I finally had to return the microwave and it took a week (they say I should get it tomorrow) to get a refund.

There are very busy team members in this store. They are well practiced in serving the needs of others.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed Saturday morning with the planting choices I needed to make and the number of things I needed to purchase, I worked my way through the crowd to the smile of Taylor, cashier in the Garden Department. She did a price check, added potting soil to my cart, and cheerfully made sure I was with my full cart. Thank you Taylor!
