I dont ever mark things 5 Star as improvement is an ongoing thing. THis said, this store is consistent and has knowledgeable staff to answer questions. Well Done. In the end the customer will have install questions. It is key that staff can answer these questions as a Value Add to the normal sales process. Thanks for your consistency

High traffic/volume but well stocked

Busy store with exceptional traffic. Despite this, the employee Robert noticed I was in need of a shopping cart and offered one. I was impressed by his situational awareness and proactive customer service.

I always enjoy my visit to Home Depot. The aisles are uncluttered and easy to get through with the carts. Getting assistance isn't hard from any of the helpful staff throughout the store. Prices are comparable to other stores and returns are headache-free.

Best customer service of any Home Depot we have been to

Store was cluttered. Stuff in the isles were buggies could not even get down the aisles. Especially back in lumber. Shells were not stopped. I was looking for a particular type of screw and it was way up top where I could not get it but there was none on the shelf where I could get it. And no one around to get it for me. Overall store was a mess.

Kayla if that's her name she made my experience worth it.. she is a great associate to work for home depot . She was the only associate to offer me a home depot card after I had been coming there for three months to renovate my home.

I definitely would NOT recommend this store...I felt like I was in the movie " Soul Plane "..and ..Oh and Please God...BE ON ALERT in that parking lot..# IsThisNinjaWarrior..?

My husband and I always come to this Home Depot. He really enjoys the associates advice when he is completing projects around the house. He is able to buy what is needed and completes the projects successfully.

I love this Home Depot. I will say all the Home Depots in Savannah Ga (Pooler Ga) do a great job.

Great team of employees at this store. Our Appliance Dept salesperson was outstanding. Unfortunately I did not write down her name but maybe you can cross reference her from my order ID H0170-223920. I cannot begin to tell you what a great job she did helping me with my appliance purchase!!!!!!!

We love this store! Everyone is super personable and helpful, and we won't go anywhere else for our home needs. Jake is especially awesome!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, & courteous. That's what I walked into at the tool rental department meeting with Ytinu, Dee, DJ, Patrick, Jasimine, and the young man with very long dreads (sorry I didn't get his name). Superb Team!!

Store is nice and clean. Employees are very helpful. I don't know why the cashier has to constantly ask, "cash or card." All you have to do is put a sign over the self checkout terminals.

Staff was friendly and very helpful in locating items that I needed and correcting price.
