I came to the store today to buy a 100ft roll of 4" corrugated pipe. I checked out and when I got to my vehicle, the trouble began. This roll of drain tile didn't fit into the trunk, or backseat, of my 4 door sedan! I folded down my seats, I pushed, I pulled, but to no avail. That's when Steve arrived. Somehow, this man made it fit. Real heros don't wear capes---they wear orange aprons.

There are insufficient people to check you out so they have self-serve machines. These machines DO NOT WORK ALL THE TIME! It is very, very frustrating. Unfortunately its the only one close to me. Insufficient supplies and it takes several days to have them come to the store.

Bought a brand new chest freezer with no damage visible to the outside of the box. Got it home and cut away the box and saw a huge dent on the side. Called and personally visited Home Depot and they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I should have opened the box in teh store and examined it. It is clear that Home Depot took a scratch and dent freezer and placed it in a brand new box for an unsuspecting customer (me) to purchase. Shame on them.

I consistently shop at five different Home Depot stores (four in Twin Cities, one in Appleton WI) and I find all of them well-run, with friendly and helpful staff. But my favorite remains the Eden Prairie MN store: I have been helped over the years by Mike, Ev, and Michael in PAINT, Roman (now retired) and Mike in hardware, and Tina, Sandy, Dennis, and Tawny at checkout. Their customer service mindset is always spot-on; it starts at the top with Store Manager Dave Hauer, who personally resolved a small issue I had, and is known to greet customers with a sincere “Anything I can help you find today?”

I like shopping at Eden Prairie Home Depot because I always find what I am looking for . There are a couple of really great employees that I search out for assistance: Neev and Scott. Both should be recognized for their level of service they provide each time I am fortunate to shop when they are working.

Beverly at the Eden Prairie Home Depot in Customer Service is an amazing employee. She is so friendly, helpful, and bubbly when she helps, always smiling. She has helped me with significant purchases and returns. She is very patient and really knows how to trouble shoot any issues that may come up, Thank you Bevery!

The only Home Depot I go to because I get the help I need.

We needed a washer and we needed it immediately. We couldn't wait days to pick it up or have it delivered. We were in a bind and I was feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. Pam was so kind and helpful!! She found a "scratch and dent" washer that was on the floor for an unbelievable price. It had more bells and whistles than we could have hoped for and everything else we wanted, top loading and large capacity! (And it was in a very pretty blue!) We were worried it wouldn't work when we got it home but we got it home, got it installed and it works like a dream!! Pam listened to what I needed and understood the assignment! Lol! We would buy the GE Profile 5.0 cu High Efficiency Smart Washer again in a heartbeat!

Professional maintenance tech/handyman. I shop Home Depot 3 to 4 times a week. No matter what department I find myself in, I’m amazed that employees know exactly where to send me and what aisle to go to in order to find what I’m looking for. They’re very well trained, and most have a solid background, be it lumber, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Talk about old school. The checkout system has a fancy computer, the point of sale card reader has tap to pay capabilities, but HD is too lazy to turn it on. I wasted 30 minutes going back to my house to get my physical card. Thanks.

Had a damaged delivery that had to be returned. The team fully assisted with getting the item picked up, returned and redelivered. They even called me to provide updates while aiI didn’t get the individuals names I am so impressed by their customer service and follow through.Thanks!

It took over two months for our flooring to be put in correctly. The installers didn’t clean up and left trash behind. Also, no-one told us that, because flooring would be put in the bathrooms, we would not have use of toilets in our home for 24 hours. As for the appliances, again, a mess was left behind and no one communicated that we would have to have another appointment to have it hooked up. The plumber left a bag filled with water in our garage. I feel that the lack of communication and professionalism would make me wish that I had gone somewhere else and will never give Home Depot any of my money again.

Nancy went above & beyond to educate and locate the replacement I needed.

6/6/24 me, my friend, and my girlfriend came to the eden parie home depot to find tools for my girlfriends new job. One of the guys in power tools (wears glasses and think his name starts with T) made a gross comment to us. He said "you ladies buying tools for this guy" and winked in a nasty sultry tone. Our friend quickly said it was "for her actually", gesturing to my girlfriend. It made us all uncomfortable and my girlfriend quickly dismissed him. When we finally did end up getting one of the circular saws out of the cage it was the wrong one when we finally realized up at checkout, the girl who was helping blankly stared at us and wouldn't help us get a new one so we skipped out on purchasing the tool.

Excellent service! It is worth the trip!

I purchased a washer, at a fantastic price by the way. The icing on the cake was the Appliance Specialist I worked with. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions.

Home depot at Chaska is different I was told to wait on a certain aiels for help but nobody showed up what a good example but 13100 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 is awesome every body smiles and ask if we needed any help.

The customer service person who answered the phone was sincerely friendly, competent and went above and beyond my initial question to help me solve a problem in a way that created more work for her but way less for me. I was really surprised and delighted by her willingness to help me by going the extra mile.

Home depot Eden Prairie location works perfect for me and for the most part I can find what I need and I go all the time, one thing a really dislike is all the self check out stations. Why do th Hone Depot don't have regular check out stawith real people? I mean I already spend my money there buying there products and on top of that I still need to check out myself? ShouldI get a discount for doing the cashier's workand saving the home depot money on potentially hiring more employees and be a source of employment for the community? My two cents.

Purchased carpet, windows, paint, hardware, vanity, landscaping stuff here and my experience has been always great!! Well organized store with good inventory management and very helpful staff. Excellent service by inhome consultation and installation staff as well.

Bought a Whirlpool refrigerator here after looking at several other stores because it had the one I wanted and at the best price! Diane in the appliance area was very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering and preparing me for the delivery of our new refrigerator. She was great to work with- very personable and straight forward. Plus I didn't have look all over the store to find someone to help me. The delivery went better than I expected.

Several people at The Home Depot not only helped me find exactly what I needed but also saved me some money. Nice.

We purchased flooring (carpet + luxury vinyl) for our house and were so thankful to work with Nancy - who has so much knowledge and ideas about flooring, window coverings and tile. Her patience was appreciated. She is professional and friendly and loved our dog! It was a great experience.

I PURCHASED A BAHROOM MIRROR FOR THE SMALL GUEST BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS IN MY TOWNHOME AND WHEN CHOOSING A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES WERE RIGH NEAR THEY AND BOTH SHARED INPUT I HAD ASKED FOR AND THEY BOTH GAVE ME GREAT SUGGESTIONS BASED ON MY QUESTIONS, THE PURCHASE I MADE WORKED OUT VERY WELL, IT LOOKS GREAT AND THE OHER BATHROOM ACCESSORIES I PURCHASED ALSO WORKED OUT REALLY WELL.ALOS I LOOKED AT YOUR STORE BRAND SMALL VANITY COMBO THAT LOOKED REALLY SHARP, FUNTIONAL AND WAS AT A GREAT PRICE AND IT IS PROBABLY WHAT I WILL PURCHASE VERY SOON.

If James in customer has worked all day, 9 or more hours, it results in profanity and being rude to customers. That was my experience. How did I know he worked 9 hours you say? Because he told me and said he was tired. Unprofessional. A very nice lady had to assist me and did what he could not do. Hence the three star review instead of one star. Maybe the manager shouldn’t schedule James for long hours. Just saying.

The cashier was friendly, asked about credit card and I told her I was pro extra. She stopped and asked about protection plan. I always purchase protection plan and she gave me the brochure.

I bought 2tall toilets last month and now bought washer and dryer. Can’t wait to get to get them
