My husband and I worked with Molly in kitchen design. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She really made us feel at ease while we designing and then ordering our new kitchen cabinets and counter top. We had such a great experience!

I always have had a good expeirience at the EP store. The products are easy to find with huge aisle labels. If I wasn't sure of cateogory, the associates are helpful and has knowledge on the various products/areas. the products are good quality for the price I pay. Glad to have such a store in Eden prairie.

The guys at the Pro Desk are always there and working hard to help contractors like myself get it in and out with the stuff they need. The store is always clean and organized which also helps get your stuff quickly and without worry.

The store associates were very helpful and even assisted me in loading a larger water heater onto a cart and then into my vehicle in the parking lot. Without their help I would not have been able to lift and load the item. Thanks.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Regardless of the products I purchase, the customer service is always friendly and the associates are highly knowledgable in their area of expertise.

I purchased a large number of blinds for my home. The sales person was just OK. Not overly helpful but did know the products. The guy sent out to measure and install was HORRIBLE. Not very accommodating and horrible customer service. If they do not get a new person to do measures and installs, I would not buy from them again.

I always receive great help at the Eden Prairie Store. I never have to go looking for someone to help me. They are problem solvers!!!

Store is clean and lots of employees to help out. Sometimes the customer service desk is very busy though.

This NOT a Home Depot that knows it's stuff. It does not have any sort of helpful employee on its property and needs to be under new management

On a Sunday morning Home Depot is well staffed and I was able to have my needs for lumber being cut to size done quickly, warmly, and knowledgeably. Perfect experience.

The employees at the Home Depot in Eden Prairie were absolutely wonderful. They were so willing to help and so friendly. One young man, I believe his name was Ryan, just made my day by being so happy, it turned my day around 180 degrees into a wonderful day. This young man should get a raise or something! He was absolutely delightful, and all of the other employees were marvelously happy as well!

I first went to Home Depot after extensive research on a washer dryer combo. Home Depot had this combo on sale for an incredible price. Even better than the price was the fantastic sales associate, Rene, who was very familiar with the items I was interested in. She made the major appliance purchase seamless and arranged for delivery and installation. Everything was explained patiently and thoroughly and she made sure every detail was taken care of . The entire experience was a pleasure. I am extremely pleased and will be back next for an oven!

Clerks were apparently too busy to provide more than the minimal customer service . Three clerks working on shelves within ten feet of each other and appeared to not want to be bothered with or by a customer question. ..
