Got in and out quick. Found a salesperson right away and she helped by answering my questions and giving me the info I needed. I didnt feel pressured by the "sale." Great prices and quick exit through the lines. Over all great experience.

Took a while to find someone to help make a cut in lumber. Three other customers waiting too. Had to go to the other side of the store to find someone after no one came by for 10 minutes of waiting.

I just bought a new home and needed a washer and dryer. I'd been researching online and knew what I wanted, but was dreading going into the store to make the purchase. I debated purchasing online, but I needed to see the product in person and this was my first time buying a gas appliance, so I wasn't sure I should attempt online ordering. Past experiences at HD have yielded long wait times to get to a sales associate. But I went in on July 4th and sailed right to the applicance department. Met Bruce, who assisted me with my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and answered all my questions. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes - record time! I have since recommended not only Home Depot, but Bruce specifically, to a friend who also needs appliances. Awesome customer service!

The store always has exactly what I need, I'm usually in a hurry so those giant Menards stores are out of the question. Self check out stations are always nice, generally don't have to wait in line. Assosciates are usually easy (except if you need keys made, that seems to be a struggle) to find should you have questions and all have been very knowledgeable. Overall, fantastic store & staff, well maintained.

Greg at the Pro Desk helped me buy a better quality shingle at a lower cost than Menard's lowest priced architectural shingle! I had to drive back to Menards and cancel my purchase, but it was worth the hundreds I saved for higher quality GAF shingles. A better product at a lower price? I didn't expect that today... that's for certain.

The Eden Prairie Paint department is the Best! I had the best experience at this store. I have been in many stores but will bring my business there.

Came in with a blank slate on a new landscaping project. I spent over an hour browsing through their great selection of perennials, and found many species that I had found in my research to be cold hardy. My new terrace looks beautiful, and I have every expectation of it surviving our ultra-cold winters on the North Shore.

Rene in appliances was a star! Super helpful in placing my order for a new washer & dryer set. Insisted on giving information on the next comparable model so I would know I was getting all the exact features I wanted. Explained all options clearly and had great patience with my 6 yr old! I would happily refer others to Rene for help with major appliances. Thank you Rene!

Not only was it easy to find a beautiful zucchini plant, but the price was about half what I expected it to be, check out was fast, and I look forward to visiting the store again!

I need to find a product and a sales associate looked it up immediately. He instructed right to the isle and shelf. I found the product easily. I checked out and the associate was polite and helpful.

Marcy was very rude. She could not find the UPC code and asked, What am I supposed to do with this? I turned the item over, showed her the UPC, she said OK. All the items except a couple were found on my HD Com card. She gave me a store credit and said she could not credit the card. I asked her why, she said that's the way it is. I asked her if someone else could look at the transaction, she stated, "No" I asked her to re-ring it, she said she did not have time to do that. Now, I have a store credit. When I purchase items on the HD or other card, it is easy to find the receipt. I can not do that with a store credit. I can track purchases and returns on the HD Comm Invoice. Now I can not do that because I have to use the store credit. Because this person did not process the receipt correctly and was not willing to re-ring the return, I have to spend much more time accounting for future purchases and properly billing my customers. I have never encountered a person so stubborn and unwilling to acknowledge they were wrong at a Home Depot. There are other HD choices in the area and other store (Menards, Lowes) stores in the area.

I was impressed that two separate employees knew exactly where products were located that were not in their department.

I needed an associate to order a replacement part.

I was extremely pleased with all the help I got from Anne in the plant section trying to find a specific fertilizer. Also, Cheyenne in the Tile department went above and beyond to help me find the ceramic tile for my bathroom. Gave me a lot of extra information and advice. I will always try this Home Depot first for anything that I want before going onto another similar store.

The cashier working Sunday June 7, in the Garden Center around 11 was awesome.

I have been extremely impressed with all your sales associates and their knowledge of the products. However I’ve been VERY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED with one of your sales associates in particular called Stacy. She ALWAYS GOES OUT OF HER WAY to help her customers including myself. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable with has FANTASTIC customer relationship skills. Although there is a Big MENARDS only half a mile away from the Home Depot that I shop at, because of your sales associates (Stacy), I ALWAYS COME to the same Home Depot store. It is so refreshing to see such excellent customer relationship with professional attitude. Thank you for JOB WELL DONE Stacy.

Asked an associate in the lawn and garden department about re-potting orchids. I needed all the basics. He had no idea and was not shy in telling me he had no idea. Ok. So he told me he was going to go ask another salesperson who might know more. After I grabbed some things and browsed around a bit, he caught me right as I was checking out and said this lady who he spoke with said she has over 50 orchIds and she gets all of her pots at Goodwill. (My specific question was regarding pot size) Thanks for the tip.

My store experience at The Home Depot was a good one.

The store manager led me to the options for clothes racks. Despite being busy, spent time going over benefits of each option. Recommended that I look online for additional options and pulled them up for me. Decided to go with in stock product, but the choice was sooo much easier with help!

I could find no sales associates available to asked questions and only self-checkout was available and this was at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Home Depot in Eden Prairie WAS my favorite place to shop. I realize the store is busy, but was put off because a sales associate told me he was supposed to go home an hour ago... When they are busy it is impossible. When it is close to closing time they make it very clear...This took me from 430PM until 830PM...And I am still not done, have to go back and return shoddy items and try get this mess figured out...

Went to the store looking for plants. They looked well taken care of...Purchase was easy and it was well organized.

We stopped in to look at the patio furniture. The set we found was of superior quality than anything else we saw at other stores in this price range. Unfortunately, two of the chairs were not in stock. Enter Associate Tina who demonstrated a "can do" attitude, found the chairs for us, and arranged pick-up. Thanks Tina!!!
