I had to return an unused and unopened item and from the time that friendly and courteous Brianna greeted me until I had my refund took about 20 seconds. super efficient

Always neat and clean. Many of the employees are friendly, not all, but for a Home Depot... many is better than none at all.

I went in to get a copy of a key made. I was admittedly in a bad mood however Franklin helped me with keys and he was so calm, patient, and sweet. He is such a nice employee and a wonderful asset to your store. Please send along my sincere thanks for his assistance. His sweet demeanor made my day. I hope he will be recognized for his commitment to customer satisfaction and for his kindness.

This department is well-stocked with supplies & the layout is well planned out. Excellent sales people & they go out of their way to help out their customers.

Service was slow when I needed help getting a generator off the shelf. In the meantime, my wife was looking for a garden knee pad. She was directed to 3 different aisles before she finally was able to find it.

Nas and Johnny were extremely helpful until the end of my visit.

The Painting Department employee named Briah is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a good listener and was able to help me solve a problem I had encountered while painting my house.

Store not adequate for covid virus, carriages are not cleaned and they do not even provide sani wipes so the customer can clean the handles o the carriages themselves.

Convenience

This store constantly has issues with managing inventory. I order online showing available for pick up and then get a call saying nope. You use the Home Depot app and go to locate items in store to find out they don’t have it. This consistently occurs at this particular store where it says they have 30 and don’t have anything. Poor inventory management, poor GM oversight additionally no accountability. Also pointing out that this has been an issue ever since I started coming here 2 years ago. Your customer service stinks too because all they do is blame each other’s department for obvious issues. Pallet comes in, your not going to unpack then ladies and gents..., Don’t scan it. Or if you receive and scan and must put out, then guess what put it out in it aisle and bay. Customers have the technology, this store just lacks the process.
