This store is always clean and orderly. The employees are great. They are friendly and helpful all the time.

Didn't have item in stock that I needed (a refrigerator) so I had to order it unseen. Sales rep didn't bother asking about installation. After I left I realized installation might not be automatically included so I went back to the store to check. No idea where the sales rep was, but spoke to someone else who said installation is NOT included in delivery so I would need to purchase some piece of equipment for the water line for $20-$25 but for whatever reason they couldn't do it right then. So I was told by the woman that the sales rep would call me the next day, and if he didn't, she would. Go figure I never got a phone call. I called the store on Tuesday and was literally bounced around from phone to phone for 8 minutes. Nobody even bothered answering or speaking, they would just pick up the phone and transfer it again. Literally EIGHT minutes of this!! Finally got someone on the phone who told me I didn't need to purchase the item after all, and I could do it myself, IF it fits correctly. So basically you're telling me that the refrigerator can be delivered, but without that extra installation charge, I may or may not be able to get it working? So if I don't order the piece there's a chance I won't even be able to use it right away?? He really did not do a good job of explaining all of this. He also asked if my husband would be taking the old refrigerator out. My husband?? First of all way, to be sexist. Second my husband is deceased, so yeah thanks for bringing THAT up on top of all of this. So then he told me he'd order it, but I'd have to come in to pay the $10 (it's $10 now? I was told $20-25 over the weekend!!). Why can't you just use the credit card on file? Because they don't keep that on file. Why can't I just give you the credit card number over the phone, like any other order? He laughed and said he'd have to check and get back to me within an hour. It's now been an hour and I still haven't received a phone call. I'm very close to cancelling this order and going somewhere else. Lowe's has it for only 90 cents more.

The outside of the store was (and is always) filthy: there was garbage, general littler, and building materials everywhere. How could any employee or manager see how bad the situation is and take no action to fix a very easy problem? Edison is a historic place in N.J.

Store manager Mr Yona Yehudai is not customer friendly, he is a bully.

One of the smaller stores in NJ. Always clean and organized. Check on line for stock if you need something specific since they do not carry everything in this store. Staff is good, always seems to be a well informed person around to ask questions to. Check the main cross aisle for the clearance end caps, this store has more higher end items in them especially in plumbing fixtures. I am in this store at least 3 times a week.

Store was clean, items are properly arranged and easy to find. Staff was nice and cooperative to find the items and guide you for any help.

Nick, Amanda and Nicholas are just a few of all the employees at this store that make it so great. Everyone is always willing and able to give a helping hand all the time without questions. They all are "PRO" customer all the way, all the time. No other HD has what this store has. It has the "IT" factor. You know when you go to this store you went to the "RIGHT" HD. I can only give it high and great marks because it deserves "IT PERIOD!".

the Reps seem to be good people , and are very help and informative , I usually check my list as I drive by this location 5 days a week

all the workers with the exception of Chris in plumbing were great!

On November 02, 2019 my husband and I went into the Edison Home Depot to make a substantial purchase ( 5 - 6 thousand dollars ). During our visit we were advised that the employee work normally works in the appliance area was out sick and that another employee would have to respond to assist. I'm puzzled that Home Depot doesnt have the foresight to either call someone in or have another employee work in this department. We left the appliance area disappointed. We then responded to the key area where again no one was working. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to respond. Very disappointed in the lack of employees working. Lisa C

I've been a client at this store for 14 years. This time I noticed an overall improvement in the was the employees assist the clients. There are employees available throughout the store, they are kind and ready to assist.

This is a great location, the store was well stocked with a friendly staff, I recommend this location, if you need help finalizing a tricky special order purchase look for Lesley, extremely competent and friendly.

Excellent customer service.

The store is kept in good order and associates are always friendly and helpful. I shop at the Garden Center frequently. As a female senior, I am often offered assistance with lifting bags of topsoil, rocks or mulch or with loading such products into my car. I appreciate that, even when I don't need any help.

Clean and product is always on the shelves

Was specifically looking for tub spout. Thought I had to buy entire set. Alegna approached me and was extremely helpful and kind by informing me there was an isle that just sold spouts after I explained my homeowner issue. Was happy about that since that was all I needed and did have $$ to but entire set just for spout. She made my day!
