Home Depot rep. was awesome. Gave me lots of pointers and ideas to complete my backyard project and how to save money doing it.

The store is convenient to my home and always has what we need in stock. The employees either know where to find something or are eager to help you find what you need.

This store is very organized, everything is easy to locate.

I was helped today by Steven E. in the Kitchen and backsplach department. He was friendly, tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. He gave expert advice and had esthetic abilities, which I found beneficial. I was pleased with he assistance he provided.

My shopping experience at this location exceeded all my expectations. Kara assisted me with my questions and was more than eager to help and very pleasant. I encountered 3 different associates willing to help me. Nice to know people still care in these tough times.

I really enjoyed working with Rosalyn (kitchen countertops) and Amy (Household and tools). They were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable on the areas they worked. I will highly recommend their services.

I shop at this HD store regularly and I always find what I need and more. I have shopped at Lowes probably 3-4 times and every single time I am disappointed and regretted not going to HD.

This HD had the best power surge protector I have ever seen. Up to 12 outlets.

Home Depot always has the information that you are looking for, the products needed, and the employees that know the store very well.

This location had everything in stock that I was looking for at a great price.

When shopping at this store on a Saturday afternoon, there was only one cashier station open. The line was backing into building materials to check out. The floor associates were unwilling to help. Home Depot has a no pointing policy, meaning customers should not be pointed in the right direction. THey should be escorted to the right location by an associate. This does not apply to this store. Four associates pointed me in different directions and one informed me I shoudl use the HD App for my phone instead of having to ask an associated. The app could tell me the correct isle number. We strive to avoid this store unless necessary. Sadly Lowe's was sold out of the screens and we needed them that day.

I was able to find what I needed, get paint mixed, and get checked out in about 30 minutes time from when I walked in the door. I hate shopping so that was a plus for me. :-)

We do all our shopping for the type of items held in the store. We have never had a problem and will continue to shop here.

Overall they do a good job at this store and most staff is very helpful.

whenever i have big projects i use this location because i can always find what i need. one not so good experience for a shopping day will not deter me from shopping at 1901 s broadway in edmond!!

I just want to say, in Edmond on Broadway, Win in the carpet department was so nice and helpful when ordering my carpet. And Melinda was one of the most helpful people I have ever spoken too. I talked to her 3 times and everytime she took care of things immediately. Great group of employees and this store.

I love going to Home Depot. It is located close to my residence and I enjoy browsing in the kitchen redo department; the garden center; appliances; floor covering and other home repair items. We always receive good service at this store and can find most everything we need; without traveling several miles from our home to find the things we use.

We need interior doors that are not standard size. They are not available in stock, but have been ordered. They are less costly at Home Depot than at the "other store".

STORE CLEAN AND IN ORDER, and staff was very kind and new about products i needed to buy.

Associate went out of his way to make sure that i was completly happy with the item i was trying to purchase. He provided way more assistance than i would have gotten from your competitors.

I was looking for light fixtures, and they were one short at our local store. The sales associate was very helpful and found another store with he same fixure and we were able to have them hold it for us.

The assiciates were helpful and friendly. He helped me find the product, load, and take it to the cashier. Other assiciates were happy to help load my tile on my truck. The experience was quick and pleasant.

I have always found this store to provide the materials and equipment I needed. The associates are very knowledgeable and work hard to meet the needs of the customer. The manager, Chuck, is very personable and has assisted me in the past in locating merchandise. A-1 store and 5 star associates.
