Have all around qualitt ptroducts really nothing to complain about you're Superstore Home Depot but you don't have a go to the supply shop you got it quick and now

I average about 10 visits per year. Hit & miss with the staff. Some areas have more staff than others. Garden section seems to have the most up beat staff. A guy who helped me pick out a garbage disposal was a huge help.

This store has always been my go-to for as long as I've lived in the area. Parking is easy to get in and out, it's right by the freeway, and the employees have all been great.

Employees in the rental department very knowledgeable and helpful

I shop at this location a lot. Everyone in the store is always helpful and I often need assistance loading things. The guys are always ready to help with a smile and a good word. Thank You Home Depot!

Fred help me with some carpet and he was fantastic. Treated me like a friend. In fact he was off for 2 days and I waited until he came back to work to start the buying process. You need more Fred’s

Mr. Dan Becker was very helpful in providing me insight to options for products that would benefit my projects. Helped setup delivery of bulk items and provided me info on returning pallets and any potentially blocks that were damaged upon delivery.

The associates were friendly & patient. Willing to answer questions & helpful.

People are being concerned at the El Cajon Store, there are a lot of men standing around outside the store making comments driving into the store and parking lot. They are saying they won’t go there because of security especially at dusk or dark. So just wanted to express that . Thank you

Customer service seems to have taken a dramatic turn down recently. Return policy remains impossible, though the grand theft days seems to have subsided, their policies have not.

Don’t use Home Depot. They suck in every respect. Poor communications. Misleading information. Consistent failure to meet expected deadlines. Cost over-runs. Have a job that might be done by next year, if you’re lucky? Call HD.

Tipical home depot parking lot ,always very busy

The only thing that the El Cajon store did not do was to phone me that a delivery was not going to be made on time and had to be rescheduled. I had to do every bit of that planning and follow up. Otherwise, the staff on the floor of the El Cajon was super great, especially George I think his name was, on aisle 52. Thank you, George

I ordered a grill from Home Depot last week. I was really excited to receive it, however I just got a phone call that they won’t be able to fulfill my order as the grill is out of stock. I know it’s not their fault, but it’s very disappointing. Wish I was offered a discount to purchase another grill instead.

This not the first time needed help and asked for an associate to help. Waited over 30 minutes no one showed up. Horrible customer service and associates in electrical have attitude.

We got a barbecue and is rusty on the inside and scratches on the outside. It’s supposed to be a brand new very disappointed. I will not recommend Home Depot for barbecue.

Good luck finding someone to unlock a locked-up item for you. You can walk half the store and not find a single employee. And when you do, they don't have the key, or are already being surrounded by 2 other customers and only offer to page someone over the intercom, but no one ever arrives. Thankfully Prop 36 passed here in California, so hopefully we'll see less retail theft and less items being locked up. Because employees are hard to find when you need one. I had to use a ladder and get the item I needed from the overstock in the overhead shelving because no one would come to unlock the item for me after waiting for 10 minutes.
