My husband and I purchased a Weber grill at the Home Depot in El Cajon today. The customer service we received from Dominica and Bob was excellent. We told Dominica and Bob that we needed the grill this weekend and they took the extra time to locate the Weber model we were looking for already put together in a different area of the store. My husband was dreading the idea of having to put the grill together himself, so finding a grill already installed was much easier and saved us time. Bob also explained how easy and convenient buying propane is at Home Depot. We purchased a propane canister and will buy all of our refills at HD from now on. The cashier was helpful and coordinated one of Home Depot's parking lot associates to help put the grill in our truck.

This store has an excellent garden section.

Destiny in Customer service is very helpful. We were very pleased with our visit.

Make sure that the store associate knows what they are doing if you have any lumber sawn at the store

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CROWDED. I ALWAYS CHECKOUT IN THE GARDEN AREA BECAUSE IT'S FASTER, UNLESS YOUR BUYING LUMBER. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE IN ELECTRICAL AND HARDWARE THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I've been buying my materials and Lumber from home depot for years and I have always had a great experience because I always am taken care of by the manager of the Pro Desk every time I go in if I have a problem. The manager is Tina Almond and she is magic! I swear she knows everything about every aspect of solving problems and does it without thinking. She also always has a great smile and seems to care about helping customers at no thought to how difficult it might be. She always has the answer and does it with a smile treats me almost like family. I can't say enough about Tina, only to say thank Goodness for her and her personality, her knowledge and her smile. Samuel MacDonald was a beyond impressive employee. He was extremely helpful, friendly, super personable and yet maintained a great deal of professionalism. I will be returning to the store as long as he is still working there. He went above and beyond.

When it comes to choosing a retail establishment to frequent for day to day purchases most regulars will avoid the self check out and bland cashiers that are obviously not interested in people. Home depot has hand selected the most outgoing friendly and genuine persons to employ, the highest level of these qualities is represented at the forefront of the contractor interaction, the pro desk, lead by Tina who is always willing to jump into any situation and handle it, most of the time its merely to let the customer know how important they are and that cultivates a loyalty we wont find elsewhere

There are never enough employees to assist a customer. You have to wait a long time for one to show up. The morale in this store is not good. When you ask where something is you are grudgingly helped and then the answer is wrong.

Very helpful personnel. Friendly and courteous. If they don't have what you think you might need they will help in anyway possible.

But when that occurs it is so nice to have a pro desk there with staff that is knowledgable and courtious who can help clear up any problem. I it that way in the El Cajon store where Tina Almond and Rick are there with expertise in everything one would need to resolve any issues that come up with an order. Rick is a value to home depot because he know everything. Tina Almond the Manager is by far the most pleasent, kind, helpful, and enthusiatstic person I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. She is the best. Tina treats me like a friend as if I am someone special and need special attention. Now I know that I would like to think it is just me that gets that kind of treatment from Tina but I know that is not so, because she treats everyone that way. It is because of Tina that I buy all my supplies from the Home Depot in El Cajon. Ever if I'm closer to Santee or some other store I'll wait until I can get to her store to do business. Best store in San Diego County. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I could find everything that I was looking for and the store is clean. Great store.

I go to the Home Depot in El Cajon on Fletcher and the Pro Desk is always a great choice for me to conduct my business because of one person. The manager Tina Almond. I've said it before and I'll say it again. You people at the management level of Home Depot don't know what you have as probably one of the best employees you could ever ask for in her because she goes well beyond the call of duty in every aspect of her daily routine. She certainly know her business and she really cares about her customers, so much so that she sometimes I think does things for her customers that are well above her responsibilities to help solve any and all problems that her customer might have. What do I mean by that? Well I'll say that she goes as far as she can to help no matter what it takes to help her customers because she treats everyone as if they are family. Now that is an employee that in my opinion is the kind of employee that deserves the backing of her superiors to the peak of their performance. I know from personal experience that Tina always greats me with a smile, and offers to help me with everything about my purchase and to also help solve any problem that I might have with my order and make it right. So, you people at the top, take a good look at Tina Almond. She deserves every advantage that you can give her to help her to do her job for her customers. I also think she deserves a raise. Good variety, helpful staff, fair prices.

I enjoy going to Home Depot, this one in particular. On Saturday mornings, they hold workshops for kids where they get to make a hands-on craft like a birdhouse or a tool chest. It's very neat of them to do that. And then after the kids are done with their craft, we shop around the store and the kids love going through the display doors.

Pro Desk is always quick, if your Company is. Best laid out store in San Diego. And by far friendliest people. Lindsey is by far the best cashier in this store I try to always go to her, supper fast and She's always smiling!
